Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle-Downtown

Property was kept clean.staff was super helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Other guests at night were loud in the hall when it was late. Could hear people loud in hotel parking lot/next to hotel late at night.

Overall, we had a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel in terms of cleanliness, with a complete breakfast, cozy, modern, and spotless facilities, a very convenient gym, and a central location.

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, front desk was very helpful. Parking was available but was $40 per night in their parking garage.

Staff was amazing, breakfast was delicious and different each morning, location was great We received an early check in and was allowed to have breakfast while we waited the front desk Staff is super helpful. its a little pricey for the 1 bedroom but the amount of space was worth it, to me.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great!! I liked all the seating in the lobby area. Transportation to the port was great! Transportation from the airport that was so expensive or could be complimentary from the hotel would be nice. Having to pay for transportation everywhere got really expensive for a large family.

Staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Amenities were user friendly and easily accessible. Property was clean and well maintained.

Location, staff, check-in, cleanliness. Breakfast. An absolute zoo. Dangerous is some cases as staff members were brining in hot food, dodging a crowd of people competing at the buffet. A total breakfast overhall is needed.

Everything was very nice... except for the night attendant. She was rude and less than helpful.

The breakfast was tasty and there was enough room in the dining room to accommodate all of the guests. The location was close to many of the city attractions and we felt safe walking in the evening. The front desk employee was quite distracted when checking us in. She made us feel like she was doing us a favor, stopping what she was working on to take care of us. She did not give us a parking pass to put in our car. We had a suite and the kitchen was inadequately supplied with glass and silverware. We had to ask twice for a second wine glass. The hinge on the bathroom door, was VERY loud and we had to request that it be oiled. The layout of the building was confusing and the halls uninviting. Perhaps this hotel caters to corporate clients, but we did not find it inviting.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located with some good eateries and coffee shops near by. We were able to store our luggage at checkout so we could enjoy a few more hours in the city before heading to the airport.

Room was dirty. Beer cans under the bed. Toilet had stool under it. We asked to have the room cleaned and it didn’t happen. See above. We will stick with Wyndham.
