Amazing staggering

Worst place we stayed!

Wet nice, very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a junior king balcony suite and it was very nice and clean, stocked with all the supplies you could need. My only complaint was there were no chairs on the balcony itself to be able to sit and enjoy. The hotel is huge so be prepared to potentially walk a winding hallway to your room. Ice machines are nearby but the only snack and or drinks are at the front desk and they are costly! I suggest going to the corner grocery store. There is a fabulous bar/pub right across the street. A great view of the space needle but not in “my” walking distance nor is Pikes Market but an easy Lyft ride. And I highly recommend eating at The Crab Pot! We would stay here again but request a room closer to the front.

The room was barely above Motel 6. The staff was horrible! We had an emergency and they REFUSED to help us in any way! The food was god awful! Seattle is a real toilet bowl!

Charging $40 per night to park on hotel property is outrageous. Using the excuse because of limited parking around the area does not give the hotel property the bad idea they should charge guests for parking when they have already paid to stay at the hotel. Free parking is included in the already expensive cost of staying at the hotel

everything went smoothly room was comfy. Airconditioning/heater was either hot or cold.... too difficult to get a comfortable temp for more than 10 minutes, we were constantly changing thermostat

Staff was very helpful and informative. They gave free day parking to my sister which is totally helpful in busy Seattle. The breakfast was good and I appreciated it being open until 10:00 am. for late sleepers like I am. The location was perfect. Easy walking to the Seattle Center and the fabulous Hagen coffee house around the block. Highly recommended and will book it again on my next trip to Seattle!

Great location to start our Cruise

We stayed at this Hampton Inn because close to Pier 91 for our Royal Carribean cruise departure. This hotel had a $15.00 per person shuttle service, which was convenient.

Breakfast was delicious but the lunchroom can get pretty crowded (though they do offer another room to dine in). Parking garage was functional and so were the elevators.
