Front desk staff was friendly but not very helpful with how to get around the city. Location was good. The breakfast was good. But the rooms were so dirty! I think the cleaning staff need to look down. So much hair and dirt on the bathroom floor and the carpets turned my white socks black! Also cleaning staff barged in early and when I asked them to leave they wouldn’t and demanded to know what time I was leaving. I said at 11 checkout time. We won’t stay again.

Everything was wonderful except that the shower drain was clogged with hair and it backed up. Really gross. The maintenance staff took care of it. It should be cleaned regularly. Everything else was excellect!

I needed to get to the garage and the elevator was packed. A staff helped me maneuver downstairs and wouldn't except a tip.

It was a great stay. We had a suite, so very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was included, and it was a really good breakfast. Location is perfect, right next to the Space Needle, centrally located.

The state was beautiful but the property was very well maintained clean staff very helpful the only issue my wife and I had was the mattress was not soft it was very very firm, woke up every morning with back pain. Other than that everything was excellent.
