The room was pretty clean and has on-site laundry facility for each floor that was very convenient. Breakfast spread is great for families and location is great with soo many attractions near by and public transit connections. Great stay!!

The hotel itself is really nice, updated, and clean with an excellent daily breakfast and nice terrace. I also like that the sweets have amazing views and the kitchenette. We asked for our room to be fully cleaned one of the five nights we were there, and we were disappointed to return from our day outing and find that it was not cleaned at all. Also, we wanted to enjoy the fire pit more than once in the roof Terrace and we’re unable to since his second fire pit was always broken and the first one always full.

Staff were amazing. Breakfast is really good! The elevators get really jammed up in the morning and you wait a while to get to your room or parking garage. Staff were good about dealing with some noisy neighbours we had above us. We did have some black mold in our shower but rest of our room was clean and the location is perfect.

Parking should be provided for a lower fee to ensure people want to stay at this location. We parked at the sister location for the lower price not knowing that location is available for stay as well. For convenience it’s better to provide parking incentive for staying at that location

I like the manager and several of the employees Not enough food for everyone and not enough servers or help during the breakfast rush.. people had called in and supposedly the truck didn't make it with the food 1 day, but it actually did. They just didn't have enough employees to keep up with putting everything out. It really sucked, probably one of the worst breakfast experiences I've had at a hotel

Great location. My family and I were able to walk everywhere. The Space Needle is 0.3 miles from the hotel and Pikes Market is 1.1 miles away. The rooftop deck had great views of the Space Needle, breakfast was delicious and the H Bar in the hotel served good food too.

Park under ground garage 50$. Expensive Vs park at their other site inconvenient
