Only good thing is the location and you get what you pay for barely 2 star hotel. Receptionist was very rude no name tag lady with big glasses and short blonde hair.Late shift was very nice young man.

The hotel is close to most attractions that’s it. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Not so clean and stinky especially the lobby, hallway, elevator and common areas, in fact, there was a dog p*** on the hall way from the time we arrived to the time we left. Staff wasn’t very helpful, we needed some soap/body wash in the dispensers in our BR the front desk says wait for housekeeping who never came after waiting for 2 hrs. We just left disgusted. The front desk person in the afternoon who talks very quietly scheduled us (at our request) to be picked up for our day to leave to go to the cruiseline but when I checked the night before we weren’t even on the list. Oh yeah…..Thank you for RUSHING us to get out of the room when I said we are heading out, pls don not knock on someone’s door a minute after 11 AM. You weren’t so swift when I asked for just a basic need in the bathroom. Never again staying here!!!!

Location is convenient. Dont like how you have to pay for parking.

Decent location. It was pretty quiet. The staff were not overly friendly. When we checked in, she was robotic. She did and said everything she was supposed to without a smile. No one acknowledged us when we checked out. There were 2 staff behind the counter, one was on the phone but he just took my room keys. No smile or head nod. The beds were comfy. The room was clean. But it’s very dated and smelled like it used to be a smoking room.

Room was clean and suited our needs for a one night stay. The property location is fantastic.

The place is pretty beat up.

Easy walk to Space Needle and bar/restaurant. We walked to Pike’s Market which is farther - close to 20 min. This was just fine for us. Taxis from airport were $70+ but I would think that’s anywhere in the area. Around $20 to the pier.

Na Elevator bro, things broke in the room safe didn’t work. Hotel was gross so disappointing when I told him to check out they get care less.

For the price you pay they need to update this hotel. It is old and needs some TLC. Location is amazing, which is what your paying for. Photos are deceiving for sure.

The property is older and needs to be updated. Lobby area small- no breakfast facility. Rooms were clean but basic.

This hotel us very outdated and they have no business charging what they do a night. It is close to the Space Needle etc but so are other hotels. We only booked because it was the only one with a pool and hot tub, but wish we just did without and booked elsewhere. Went to check in at 5pm and there was a sign saying be back, 20 mins later staff slowly walked to the desk with no sorry or thanks for waiting and checked us in without even giving information about the place like where the pool was and times etc. Riom was small and the original 90s AC where so noisey but the room was so hot you had no choice. They out 2 queen beds and there wasnt enough room so 2 bed was agaisnt the wall and the table the sits between the 2 beds had to be turned sideways to fit. Day Time gentlemen was nice and friendly but wish we had booked somewhere else! When we were leaving and doing a check over we moved the curtain to make sure there was nothing between the bed against the wall and discovered the lovely mouldy spill thay was on the wall against the bed.

Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Convenient location for visiting Seattle. Older hotel so rooms could use a refresh but overall a comfortable and affordable stay.

Location if you plan to explore space needle area and downtown hot tube was a minor leak, was reported but not repaired

Place was a dump. Nothing worked. Elevator broken,lights not working,showers very poor. Manager was very rude and argumentative. When i called for elevator she said ok and hung up on me abruptly. At desk i told her politely it was rude to hang up on a paying customer. She got very defensive and belligerent. Making excuses. I asked for printed receipt and she refused. I paid 500 for two nights and was treated badly. I sat outside waiting for my ride and manager walked out and said to get off property. A first for me. Do not stay there. There are better and friendlier places that appreciate customers.manager would not give me her name. Said i was dangerous but took my money

Bathroom faucet hard to turn on, AC/ heater didn't maintain setting so didn't come on all night.
