The Staff was wonderful. Very helpful in arranging transportation for a ride to pick us up for our Cruise

The Room Is excellent, my kids really love them . and the view from its room is amazing, space needle is stunning. and close to attractions , food and bus stop.And the staff are really helpful specially those people in the breakfast. Your breakfast are perfect , scrambled eggs, and lot of choices, keep it up guys and We hope we will come back there. and I hope all Hyatt Place is like yours. Thank you.

Got to the room and the toilet had blood on it, asked them to clean it. After cleaning the bed had stains on the comforter, asked for a new room at this point. None available, so they remade the bed. Unfortunately no discount or reimbursement was made over the unfortunate cleanliness

The facility is very clean, the room was clean, bigger than anticipated. Breakfast Buffett was lovely, the kids really enjoyed it, especially the pancake maker. The gym was surprisingly big, clean and well equipped. The squat rack was a nice surprise, not very typical in hotel gyms!

Excellent breakfast. In walking distance to Space Needle and a good walk to Pikes Market

Given incorrect information about uber service to port they do drop right at the ship the shuttle drop was far and had to lug our luggage a long way cruisers was an uber

The staff was outstanding. They were personable and helpful. All without the "I'm at work at have to be nice" feeling. Breakfast was well maintained, restocked and clean. The woman who was running the area was welcoming and made sure all were taken care of.

Breakfast was reasonable other than long lines. Very old building- most likely Studio apartment conversion to hotel. Almost ZERO room service for basic request like pillow or blanket- you have beg to accommodate these basic needs. Bathroom door didn't even lock. Avoid- Carlos and Dorjon Property manager, Angela gives false hope to address the issues but don't followup and avoids phone calls. We found Ivette was the only person who was kind and reasonable. I also noticed many bad experienced customers per the reviews. Expedia team couldn't get hold of Angela even after multiple attempts per my inquiry. I don't understand why Expedia hasn't removed them yet from their business? It is only creating bad experiences to all parties.

Breakfast was excellent and had a lot of variety. Beds were comfortable. View of space needle was fun for the kids. They let us store our things until check in time. Street noise. The sofa bed didn't come prepared even though they new 4 people were staying in the room.
