Nice room, comfortable beds. You can hear everything outside of the hotel. Even on the 9th floor. Trash trucks at 3am waking us up.

The staff was lovely and the hotel overall was nice but I do have one major complaint. Both myself and my 11 year old daughter did end up getting a really itchy rash from about the thighs and below. Three of us stayed in the room, myself, my husband and my daughter. My husband slept on the pull-out sofa, my daughter and myself slept on the bed. The very next morning we woke up? We had these rash type tiny bumps on our legs, and they itched sooo bad. By the second day, it had turned into itchy and burning feeling. I ended up taking my daughter to be seen, and it turns out that the rash was a result of bed bugs. I am not sure if anyone had the same problem, but we stayed in room 807.

Very clean facility

Very friendly staff, clean modern room and very spacious. Staff was helpful in setting up airport shuttle for us. Would highly recommend this hotel. Our room wasn't available but they stored our luggage for us.

I found the staff, particularly the breakfast staff, could not have been more helpful, always with a smile, going out of their way. All the staff really couldn’t have been friendlier. The property and room were clean and well maintained. I would definitely return.

It's a great location. It's close to the Space Needle. It's convenient by transit and not too far to walk downtown for us! We enjoyed the room and the breakfast that was included.

While traveling to Seattle, I booked this hotel near the Space Needle specifically for the view, based on positive Expedia reviews. Honestly, my experience was a bit of a mixed bag, and I found the stay to be just average for the price paid. Here is a breakdown of the pros and cons from my one-night stay: The Pros: Cleanliness & Staff: The facility itself seems good, the rooms were clean, and the staff members were very helpful. The View: You do get a nice view of the Space Needle as advertised. The Cons: HVAC/Heater Issue: The day I stayed was a bit cold, so I turned on the heat. As soon as I did, a rotten smell came out of the HVAC unit. Since I was only staying for one night, I just shut it off and stayed under the blanket rather than dealing with a room change, but it was definitely unpleasant. Paid Parking: You have to pay extra $45+tax for underground parking. Crowded Breakfast: While the breakfast itself was good, the dining area is way too small for the number of guests. It was incredibly crowded and hard to enjoy. No Free Water: Unlike many other hotels, they don't provide complimentary bottled water. For the price, it gets the job done if you just want a clean room and a view, but the lack of basic amenities and the heater issue made it an average experience at best.
