Holiday Inn Express And Suites Seattle Downtown - Lake Union by IHG

Very good

Two bathrooms were a gamechanger for a group of four women. The location was so nicely located since almost everything was walkable. The breakfast every morning was great! Keycards kept demagnetizing every 12 hours or so. Staff was very helpful but it was not fun getting to the parking garage and not being able to get in. Had to go get it remagnetized with the staff.

Superb

We were under the impression that a full service restaurant and bar were on property. Very disappointed to leaern there wasn't.

That it was within walking distance to the Space Needle. There was some confusion w/ the shuttle service.

Laundry facilities on site on every floor, cleanliness of everything. The staff are great

Lots of variety, quantity abundant, and good windows of time for breakfast. Na

Very good

Location was really nice, close to space needle and easy walking distance to restaurants and downtown markets. Room was great, the bedding was really comfortable and housekeeping ensured towels were always changed and beds made and the room was cleaned. Breakfast was nice - rotation of egg items (scrambled, omelette, boiled, etc), Pancake station, cereal, oatmeal, and variety of bread & bakery items (breads, bagels, english muffins, cinnamon rolls, muffins). Coffee station had Costa coffee 24X7, which was a really nice touch and much appreciated! Staff was friendly and guided us on restaurants, weather etc! We’d definitely stay here again! Everything was nice :)

The staff is so helpful we were able to get a complementary water, I forgot my brush. They gave me a complementary comb, very friendly and quick with check-in and check out.

Exceptional

Everything was more than what we expected. Would definitely stay there again

The staff were so nice and accommodating.

Nice comfortable and clean room. Staff was so helpful with our late check in. My husband loved the mini pancake machine!
