Nice place

The room was a 150 sq. ft. micro-room which was a very interesting experience. The property was very quiet and clean. As with everything in Seattle, the “climate concern” was everywhere and sometimes quite annoying. The bar staff was quite rude and the interaction with them did not yield a gratuity.

Great location, great staff, good value for money.

There where 1 place for luggage and we were 2 No kettle for tea , they just put 2 bottle of water for our whole stay and they did not refill that

This is my second stay at CitizenM, and it was 10/10 as always. The bed is comfortable, I always look forward to the sleep to be had (especially with the room-darkening blinds). The food and drinks at the bar are excellent, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I especially love that they provide everything you need, from cold water 24/7 at the bar to dishes and hygiene products. I can't wait to stay at their other locations!

Everything is so amazing and clean and just a pretty beautiful environment

tiny but clean rooms. staffs are helpful and friendly. free coffee/tea in the breakfast area every morning. in the middle of South Lake Union and within 10min walk to most amazon buildings

But overall, the concept/theme is charming and I can see a single person being comfortable in the room.

Excellent stay. Super comfy bed. Fun lighting with amazing black out curtains. Staff friendly and very helpful. My only gripe is there was no soap provided for the shower. They had shampoo and conditioner, but no soap.

This hotel is fantastic! I love the location, pretty safe, clean and no homeless people in the area. I love how high-tech the hotel is. Its smells really good from the lobby, elevator and to the room. I could not say anything bad about this hotel. For sure, Ill come back! Thank you

The barman Brian is the beat thing at the hotel. Incredibly kind, hospitable and very friendly. He makes the stay a million time better. Thanks man for making this a special trip

The staff are amazing and caring.

The room was clean, the staff was super helpful and hospitable, and breakfast wasn’t too bad. I didn’t have a drink at the bar but I like how it’s the focal point of the first floor.

Rooms are very small but hey, if you’re only looking for a place to sleep and shower it’s perfect
