The staff were so good and helpful. When we booked we didn’t realize the the difference in the rooms and my wife needed one that was accessible. I asked the staff if we could move rooms and they were so kind and helpful and we got an accessible room.

I booked through Expedia early but wish I’d checked week before and rebooked as cost booking direct with hotel was $120+ cheaper this week. Hotel shared areas look great but at expense of rooms. Shower was great but nowhere to store anything in bathroom or in room. Breakfast was ok.

We did run into a little trouble. Check in was at 2pm. We were unable to get into our room until 3:15pm. When we did get into the room the housekeeper left the windex in the floor, the dirty towels in the floor under the sink. They also did not empty the trash can and did not give us any towels for the night. I know they said they were backed up but you would have thought that with it being that late that we would have had a complete room. The people that checked us in was really polite and tried to help. They offered a couple of free drinks.

We enjoyed our stay at citizen m. Its located close to Activities and restaurants. The property is well maintained, the room is cozy, and the living room area is a perfect hang out spot!

My favorite hotel in downtown Seattle! It’s unique and hip. Beautiful art work on the walls, bar right in the middle of the lobby. Games to play. Clean rooms. Makes me feel like I’m in a space ship pod. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff!

Property was gorgeous One staff I was unable to his name would not let us check in til 2pm he preceded to allow non African Americans to check in before two. One female attendant approach desk she allowed us to check in approx 1:38pm. I have stayed at citizen m many times in many different states. I would say at the settle location you need diversity training I really tried not to be offended by the act however felt you could improve at the settle location in diversity . All person deserves the same treatment

Perfect place to explore downton Seattle and especially Lake Union. The guys at the reception welcomed as and it was super easy to drop our luggage and start exploring. Restaurants, grocery stores everything is close by. Check-in was as easy as usual using the portals at the reception. The room was clean and cozy and the bed superconfortable and we had a great look over the city.
