First time staying here and we loved it. An apartment type hotel that has so many amenities. From gym, 3 pools, jacuzzi, cold plunge, sauna, steam room, game room bbq area, and the location was great. We were walking distance to Whole Foods and other great stores. We will definitely come back to this place when we visit Seattle . The reception desk staff were very helpful and very nice.

The facilities and rooms were excellent. The beds are terrible though, had a hard time sleeping on them. The pull-out couch mattress was better that the actual bed.

Rooms were very nice. Centrally located to everything in Seattle. We were able to walk to everything from this location. Staff was very accomodating.
-
it was amazing and a lot of different activities to do in the hotel.
-
Amenities were super! Great location!
-
Main vibe was young kids 20s partying and not caring there’s no food or staff maintaining the rooms at all. Not suitable for relaxing or vacationing with children.
-
Hard to contact staff from room
-
The property itself self

I’ve stayed here a handful of times this month and I’m blown away each and everytime by the level of cleanliness and attention to detail. The amenities are unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed at.

This is more like an apartment than hotel. They don't clean the room everyday. Lots of young people, possibly Amazon employee, living here. Check out the hotel website for the amenity map, they are all available and very nice. Hotel layout is kind of complex, with multiple elevators to different places, so it takes maybe a days or two to figure out how to most efficiently go everywhere. Elevator are operated differently from typical ones in hotels, so it can be confusing at the first few rides, but once figure out how it works, you would actually feel it is very efficient and much better. Elevators are very fast. Only need 1 elevator ride from any garage floor to room floor. Garage has plenty of spots. Just need to go down 4 to 7 floors. You can always find a few empty spots together where you can comfortably park larger vehicle. Knowing the crazy surface parking situation at hotel location, it is really nice to have a guaranteed parking spot. Make good use of the P1 level. Don't worry about the "pre checkin" link sent to expedia. It is not needed.

Excellent spot in seattle

Level has everything! Pool, workout facility, and access to downtown Seattle restaurants and entertainment. Loud visitors who did not respect the quiet time.

Our only issue was that the refrigerator in our room didn't work...it froze everything we put in it. We also had a faulty coffee maker. We reported the problem to the front desk on the evening we discovered it and they promised to send a maintenance person. The coffee maker was replaced (after several tries) but no one ever came to deal with the fridge...even after multiple communications with the from desk. After 3 days I gave up. We complained once again when we checked out. I later received a phone call from the guest service manager (and a follow-up email) with an apology and a refund of the resort fee. We really liked the hotel and the location, but am a bit wary about the service.

We wake up with stuffy nose more likely dusts. Pounding and buzzing noise like drills or electric saw went on intermittently. The jet stream in hot tubs not working. We notified the front desk everytime we went for a dip and staff promised to send someone to help but for three times we were there no one came. The hotel doesnt have existing hot food service or restaurant. We had to go out everytime we need to eat - too inconvenient. We probably wont choose to book accommodations in this hotel. We couldn't wait to go home, checked out early morning rather than maximizing our stay to 11am check out time.

One of the best hotels for amenities. Only thing missing that is coming soon apparently is a restaurant/bar. Great restaurants nearby though and close to transportation.

Awazing,

The room, the kitchen. The comfortable bed. The annoying elevators (Could we come back to the simple way of going up and down?). The lady at the check-in. I was overcharged on my credit card. The vibe.

There was a booking mistake from my end and realized that i had booked for a smaller space than what i actually needed and realized only at the time of check-in. A special shout-out to Jeroom, the manager, who assured me ,that she would make sure that i could get accommodation i wanted, despite being told earlier by the staff that none was available due to the World cup crowd. Couldn't be more happier with our stay at the Level, because of the caring nature of Jeroom. Wishing her all the best and i can assure that i will choose the Level every time I'm in Seattle:) Thankyou! Best
