Elevator was down, made getting to and from our floor pretty difficult at times. Staff was great and room was fantastic

The hotel was perfection. Located in the heart of South Lake Union. It was walkable to most of our destinations. Parking was included and don’t get me started on the amenities. They are also included and for our family of tween girls, having activities ( game room, karaoke, pools, theater) for the evenings after dinner was a godsend to keep them off of their devices. For my husband and I the gym was also such a win. 10/10

The location was walkable to restaurants and shopping. The hotel room was small but functional and met our needs for size. No restaurant on site was a negative for us. Room smelled and not enough linens. When asked staff for cleaning and towels they said this was an extended stay facility and they did not clean or provide linen services. Confused us as we booked as a hotel for 4 nights. Will not book again for a short stay. For a long stay i would book again.

We have stayed here a few times now. There is so much to do here and the rooms are spacious.

Lovely stuff, they were so kind to check us in very early in the morning, the facilities were great and comfortable. A breakfast restaurant is needed.

Other facilities at the property are good. the hotel changed my booking at the last minute to two separate rooms rather than the single apartment booked, what I disliked even more was that I wasn’t informed, not even at check-in and their “we don’t care attitude” to resolving it, or rather not resolving it. Also construction throughout the hotel was an inconvenience.

This is our second time staying at the Level and we always enjoy our stay. We love the kitchen, the outdoor pool and the basketball court.

Amazing property, wished the hotel model existed in more cities. Awesome stay.

Great accommodations, convenient location, and friendly and helpful staff.

There is no daily housekeeping service. So no emptied trash. No replenished coffee. No replenished toilet paper. When we asked for sheets for the sofa bed, they were not delivered. We did get them directly from a housekeeper, but the lack of service was disappointing. The amenities were nice, but for the added service charge of $38/day I’d expect more, at least from the housekeeping side of things. The building is also at the top of a hill so Jo matter where you go, there’s a steep hill down, then back up. Location was okay in between space needle and parks, but far from the baseball game we’d traveled for.
