Level Seattle Downtown - South Lake Union

Level offers a good option for downtown Seattle stays with more space than a hotel room and some nice amenities for families but has really poor customer service. Emails to the property before arrival were unanswered. There is limited staff who seem overburdened and very little attention to details. Rooms are not well stocked (and smell strongly of cleaner). We had 2 towels for a family of 5 and towels are not available at the pools. No bedding in the room for the pull out couch bed. Waited hours for the bedding to be delivered after multiple requests. No food options on-site other than a vending machine. We had delays at check-in and our key card didn't work to get out of the garage. The place is large so getting around takes time and is a bit of a maze, and you better bring your key card because every access point requires it from every elevator ride up or down, restroom, the gate between pool and patio, garage doors to the elevators, etc.

Amazing stay! The hotel was absolutely awesome from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Everything was well taken care of, and the atmosphere was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Only one small thing I had a problem with. Check in was at 4pm but room wasn't ready till 7pm. Still deserves 5 stars!!

Likely we'll look for something next time that has more amenities in the future. But only because of convenience for late night food, room service, etc.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Level in Seattle. The location is convenient for downtown and transportation. The two bedroom was a little cramped for 4. The only mirror was in the bathroom, one bedroom didn’t have windows, no housekeeping during our 4 night stay (we didn’t ask for any either). The robes were nice to wear to the pools (there are 3!), but the two outdoor pools were crowded on Friday night, the pool deck was slippery too.

Our room smelled like a dead fish was somewhere in the room. Went to front desk in multiple occasions and nothing was down to resolve the issue

Beautiful hotel and room. It was so clean everywhere. We just loved the balcony and having a washer and dryer. Very secure. Great location and easy access from exit. Every single staff member we had contact with were friendly and helpful. The amenities are amazing - karaoke room, game room, weight room, movie room, two pools (one on the rooftop). Also a soon to open rooftop restaurant. We will definitely stay again.
