AC Hotel by Marriott Seattle Downtown

Our family needed a quick overnight in Seattle and this was a great hotel selection out of so many in the downtown area. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful. We'd definitely stay again if we're traveling through.

We stayed at the top level with a view. The room is clean and modern with a nice shower.

Excellent lo location, very clean and comfortable

I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Seattle and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Seattle, making it easy to explore attractions like Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. The check-in process was smooth, with friendly staff providing helpful information. My room was modern, clean, and spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and large windows with a lovely city view. The noise level was at a minimum which was excellent, allowing for peaceful sleep. Breakfast was about $25 per person and offered a variety of options. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the AC Hotel Seattle and would stay here again.

Very clean and well maintained, we arrived early and staff allowed us to check in early which was very helpful, parking garage very safe and secure as well

Did not clean our room. Ice maker did not work. First room window looked into a dark shaft across from which was another room's bed. Breakfast was so so.

Just I feel so much better

Parking fees were unreasonably priced. One elevator of the two was out of order for our entire stay. Waiting for elevators were lengthy. We ended up using the stairs quite a bit and we were on the 9th floor. When checking past reviews, it looks as though this has been an ongoing issue for awhile. We were there for 5 days and only had our room cleaned twice. Once we had to request it because we were out of toilet paper, clean towels, and coffee.

House keeping is done every two days. No wardrobe in the room.

There are no laundry services, something to keep in mind

I sold $750 extra charge on my credit card statements. After long time hold on the phone the staff hotel told that the amount is incidental charges and we need to wait a few days to a week to see if the charges are credited back. The hotel staff couldn't exactly explain about the extra charges.

Great decisión

Clean place and great staff. The breakfast was overrated and is not worth the $20.00. Most of the time it's were missing. Some times the coffee pots are empty or some of the breads are missuing. One time, we couldn't find a spoon.

One of yhe elevators was broken the first week I was there, so it was slow getting to the 111th floor. My king room was great! They were changing over their security system to the cloud and my room key kept stop working multiple times. Overall the staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location walking distance to Pike’s Market and the Space needle.

I loved the AC Hotel for the cleanliness and staff most. The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Specifically, Kobe was wonderful. He was attentive and engaging. The bar was pretty, and the staff was efficient. It's a wonderful hotel for resting after a busy day.

Rooms were super clean and nice. They had both an AC and heater and temperatures adjusted nicely. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Room is clean

Decent neighborhood, but hotel itself was nicely kept. Staff was polite and courteous. Parking situation was not ideal. There's very little street parking and the only parking at the hotel is valet only. I got a message from the hotel through Expedia about getting a discount from the public parking lot across the street and was told that that was very outdated. Would've been nice to have known that before hand. Instead, I had to use their overnight valet parking for $65 per night. Valet service itself is nice at least. Bathroom was very clean, but the shower clogged after washing my hair once.
