Breakfast was great and staff was helpful.
-
It’s a nice hotel in a convenient downtown location. I like it that breakfast was included. The room has a kitchen, which is really nice.
-
Exceptionally clean and well appointed rooms/suites. However, the bathrooms do not have a magnifying mirror to help with shaving or applying makeup.

The hotel location is great for access to Pikes Market and downtown. We had issues with our bedding. Our quilt had black stains and an L shaped tear in it so had to request fresh blankets Also the morning breakfast does not stay stocked up to the closing time. If shut down is stated to be at 9am, nothing is replenished after about 8:40, so no meats, eggs, fruit, etc... are left after that. If cl I se time is 10am, nothing left after 9:40. We made the mistake of going down at 9:40 thinking 20 minutes would be plenty of time to eat. However, there was nothing left but waffles and cold cereal. They even removed the juices. If breakfast is advertised to a certain time, the full breakfast should be available.

The hotel breakfast was delicious and served with great service! I appreciated the variety in breakfast options and other hotel amenities. I wish I got the name of the gentleman that helped me check in, but he gave me a great advice on how to get around Seattle and even checked in during my stay. I also appreciate the staff for allowing me to have a later check out to better serve my stay. I will come back and recommend it to others!

Accessible place. Clean. Well maintained.

Great weekend trip! Breakfast was delicious and room felt nice and clean. Short 10 minute walk to gameworks and convention center.
-
Location! Staff was very friendly. They don’t service your room everyday, so I needed a new set of towels. After visiting the front desk and calling, they never delivered them or an extra pillow I asked for two days in a row. Rooms are nice, but small.
-
The staff, the state of the hotel, the quiet and safe neighbourhood. The location was good in general, but it was at least 20 minutes from anything worth seeing in seattle. However, one big plus is it's vicinity to the Westlake station.

Un poco dificil conseguir mesa durante el desayuno. Mucha gente y hasta muy temprano.

The location is good. It’s a long walk (10-15 minutes) to Pikes Place Market or the waterfront. Several restaurants nearby and Whole Foods is 10 minute walk for snacks or groceries. We did have request housekeeping several times as they kissed our room. But, they were prompt.

Amazing place to stay
-
Staff was excellent while dealing with a very busy hotel. We had a broken ironing board and they replaced it in minutes after calling the front desk. They helped me with parking and lots of questions! The room was super clean and comfortable for 3 of us.
-
Good size room comfy bed Breakfast poor and chaotic, massive queue bad timing as 6 to 9am should be later window. Food very average. Advertisement says 1 bedroom room we got was all one room with sofa bed in it which is not what all other ones advertising one bedroom we stayed at. Should have separate room. When queried told that's what we get. Tv then had someone else welcome name so not very professional nor organised.
-
Hotel was very crowded for World Cup and Pride. Nearly impossible to get breakfast due to long lines and out of stock products. Very noisy in common areas. Design of window shades is clunky and you can hear others raising/lowering their blinds in other rooms which can wake you up out of a deep sleep. Kitchenette is a nice touch and we appreciated not having to use plastic ware. Staff seemed overwhelmed by occupancy volume. We asked the front desk for extra pillows three separate times over two days before finally receiving them. The TV and stand seem too large for the room and gets in the way. Shower on/off handle on opposite side from shower head which is nice but not having a shower door is not nice and leads to water getting all over the floor. Check in/out experience was great. Room service stopped by and when we said no to cleaning they still offered extra towels which was appreciated
