Maid service poor. We left hotel at 9:00 AM on Saurday Returned to room at 4pm and bed unmade, no towels. Came and fixed soon. Hotel phones often unanswered. Obvious u r using recorded/ AI and not live employees. Phone system overall weak spot.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Staff and location are great and the rooms are very spacious and clean. Bagel shop has excellent bagels for breakfast and their staff is super attentive. Came for the World Cup game and really enjoyed our time in Seattle ☺️.

Great location in Seattle. Was able to walk around most of the major attractions yet still be in a quieter area. My only suggestion is they did not spell out the destination tax and how I could have used it to get a discount on breakfast. It was a high tax that surprised me at check out. It was probably in fine print but would have liked it explained at check in.
