The pool, hot tub, sauna and steam bath amenities are wonderful! Relaxing for adults and enough pool for kids!

I have never seen a hotel gym like this. It’s a lot like a commercial gym, many

I loved how clean everything was but I just didn’t like that my bathroom door was already broken and due to that I got stuck in the bathroom but everything else was great!

Very nice stay. Would stay again.

The location was great! It was a 10 min walk to pikes place and the waterfront. There were many restaurants and stores around, yet the room was quiet and the beds were comfortable.
-
Staff was helpful and attentive. Valet team was friendly and quick to get the car and help with bags.

This place is really fancy in high tech. Rooms are big beds. Comfy facilities are for the most part nice. I really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and steam room. The steam room was of added bonus The value for the money I feel like I didn't get my value for what I paid for this to start off with. I'm paying premium downtown seattle prices for a unit that 1. Had robes and slippers that didn't fit my size 2. Water dispenser, outside my room in hallway was straight up broken in the morning. 3. The and door pool railing is not secure at one end and is extreme safety hazard.

Room was wonderful, big and furnitures were new. Nothing to report

Hyatt at 8& Olive is located smack in the middle of lots of restaurants and about a 20 or 30 min walk to Pike Place. It is a very clean hotel and the staff is very knowledgeable about sight seeing places. There's a restaurant located inside the hotel and a bagel shop too. Starbucks is located across the street near the Hyatt Grand.

One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic gym, which was well-equipped with modern fitness equipment. The spa was equally impressive, offering a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great amenities.

Nice modern hotel. Great location, friendly staff. My only complaint would be the ridiculously expensive parking at $74USD a night! Yes, that is the price to park ONE CAR PER NIGHT! Other than that the hotel is clean, tasteful design and in a location close to many Seattle attractions. Would recommend this hotel.

Location is perfect!!

Company didnt splurge on sound proofing rooms. Stayed on 6th floor..Definitely noisiest hotel I've stayed in. Lots of noise carried between rooms and especially hallway. Between hearing 1 set of neighbors going at it...or other side watch loud movie after 1am... I've stayed at motels with better noise management. To top it off, front staff could give a Flying F at checkout...not staying here again.

Room 866, Hyatt Olive 8. The bed was wonderful and I wanted to take it home! There is not a thing I didn’t like.

There was a lot of space in the hotel room, and the hot tub was great. Very clean and nice overall.
