We had a great room. Our kids enjoyed the stay.
-
the lobby was nice but you can tell the place is older. our beds were really comfortable but the carpet was worn or maybe not super clean. Maybe wasn't vacuumed thoroughly. people were nice and decor was fun but otherwise pretty basic. Id stat again but id look at other options too

Customer service was excellent! They were able to accommodate early check in after getting off our Alaskan Cruise when we were exhausted! Close to everything! Definitely recommend!
-
No water was given in the room. The bathroom was so small and so outdated The hotel is in a good location and maybe okay for 1 night otherwise I would NEVER recommend this to anyone
-
Overall we had a good stay in Hotel Max. The only issue is the room, particularly the bathroom is too small.
-
Great location, hotel while small it was super clean!!!
-
It was a nice motel had plenty of coffee in the morning but it would have been better if it at least had a continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. Clean rooms.
-
had at least coffee and tea in lobby. Area close to everything and Walkable. No hills.
-
Beautiful older property. I would love the bathroom to have more cloths hooks or a place to put a toiletries bag. (1st world problems) The staff were all top rate. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location too!!

Good location

Stayed here for 1 day before an Alaskan cruise. It’s an easy walk to the Public Mkt and the monorail. It’s also a quick Uber to the cruise port.
-
Great location, friendly staff.
-
Great vibe, friendly and helpful staff. It’s an old (very cool) building so the elevators are not very big and a bit tight with a wheelchair, but still ok. Great location!
-

-
Bathroom very inconvenient! And the bed was a 1 person bed.

The room was very clean and the staff were incredibly accommodating when I needed to extend my stay and check out times.
