Great location

The staff were super helpful with recommendations and just the most friendly people you’d ever meet. The property is in a great location and extremely clean. We look forward to coming back

I loved how close the hotel was to everything downtown, and the rock-and-roll vibe gave it such a fun and unique atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I especially loved the organic guest amenities! The only minor downside was that only one elevator was working and it was quite small, but overall everything else was great! Check-in and check-out were easy, and the property was very accessible.

Great value for money. All you may need during a short stay. No breakfast, but there is a coffee service in the morning, and beer happy hours in the afternoon, if you like this kind of stuff.
-
We really like the amenities they had, different from other places I stood in the past. Really cool atmosphere Hard to say, when I liked everything. Maybe the room was a little small but it was great

Staff directions to a restaurant that was actually across the street were terrible. We walked four blocks out of our way before we realized that the restaurant was actually across the street.

Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone considering a stay. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean, and while it was a bit small, it was still comfortable. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and very polite—even going out of their way to open the door for guests at the entrance. The only downside was that only one elevator was working during the stay, which was an inconvenience and resulted in longer waits. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again.

The room was clean but other common areas need to be updated. One elevator was not working. The staff was great. There are also extras for happy hour and fresh fruit for a snack, cold water in the lobby and a snack shop. It was conveniently located in a safe part of downtown. They even provided earplugs in case the noise was a problem but I didn't experience any noise that kept me awake. I would stay there again.

I like the theme they had going on. I didnt like that only one elevator worked but it’s nobody’s fault!

All great but the beds were very small!

This is such a wonderful hotel with great staff who really care about their guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone interested in staying in Seattle. Such a great location and very easy to get around town. The room is excellent with amenities that you wouldn't even think of. The rooms are nice and clean and the hallways of on each floor are filled with local artwork. A great experience to see a little of what Seattle is like. Can't say enough good things about this hotel.
-
Great location and cool updated interior for vintage hotel building. Close to Westlake Center, Pike Place Market. Only drawback was one of two elevators was down, so took a while to get to lobby during checkout when everyone was leaving. Otherwise definitely recommend.

Had a nice stay at Hotel Max. Staff was friendly and helpful with valet parking. The room was nice. Wasn’t loud and had good A/C.
-
The hotel was OK but the room was small and the bathroom was tiny. The staff was very nice and helpful. Having only one small elevator functioning instead of two made going up to the 10th floor difficult.
-
I loved my stay here. The location and the property are amazing for the price. If you pressed me to say one downside, it’s that the elevators are a little small. Otherwise, I couldn’t have asked for more.
-
Hotel was clean and staff was very nice. Only 1 working, tiny elevator. Drink selection was out of things. Room was just okay. Had a few records on a wobbly record player. Not bad but not what I was hoping.
-
Overpriced and full of fees for the smallest most incredibly average quality inn level of a hotel. The bathroom sinks are straight out of a prison cell and all my towels were stained with hairs on them. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We love this place when we travel with our dogs. All the staff are amazing and helpful. They love our dogs and treat them like family. The only thing annoying about this place is their elevator, it’s slow and small and they had one down when we were there. They were fixing it while we were there. We love this place and we just allocated extra time for the elevator, took the stairs when we didn’t have luggage, we stayed on the 8th floor. They also have free beer in the lobby every night. Super cool way to meet other travelers.

I loved the fact that when my son and I got out of our Uber there were two gentleman right outside the hotel to assist. We were able to check in immediately. Our room was clean, quite, and comfortable. The hotel lobby was a great vibe. I would definitely stay there again!
