Grand Hyatt Seattle

I was disappointed; I thought I booked a room with two queen beds, but they gave us two full sized beds. The beds were so small.

Excellent stay, we were even able to check in early. We had room service and it was pretty good!

The hotel was beyond our expectations! The room was so awesome! The front desk people helped with everything we needed and recommended breakfast places to us. The hotel is within walking distance of Pikes Public Market. Our stay was beyond our expectations!!!

Clean room, friendly staff

It had a waterfall faucet and was just divine. The bed was comfy, the room large. It is conveniently located downtown. When I got back from my Alaska cruise and had to go to the bathroom, I was near the Hyatt, (stayed only before cruise) went in and told the front desk my predicament and they gave me a key card to get into the loo. Nice people at front desk!

The maid service, however, was not up to the standard I would expect of a hotel of this caliber. This was a relatively small issue compared to the rest of the experience.

It was just great.

the gym was great size - work out equipment new and plenty of options the steam room was great, just wished I had more time to use it

Location is the best among other things about this hotel.

Great hotel, with excellent room & staff in a fantastic location close to all downtown amenities.

Loved our one night here. We upgraded to a room on the 30th floor with amazing views of the water - totally worth it! The location is good, we were able to walk everywhere. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The room we stayed in was on the 25th floor with a great view. The room was clean and well serviced every day. The steakhouse that form part of the property had great steaks and an excellent Creme Brule dessert. The hotel was within easy walking distance to the market and waterfront.

They need to coordinate with Expedia, because Expedia said there are in room massages available but the hotel is unaware of this. Quite the letdown because we chose and spent more for this hotel room expecting a wonderful experience for my birthday.

Only one thing......the phones in the room did not work so we had to haul our luggage down ourselves. The stay was delightful and fun and we were able to go see tow ballgames and July 4 fireworks

Everything about the hotel was excellent.
