Great Hotel. Great Location. Very Good Service.

They need to coordinate with Expedia, because Expedia said there are in room massages available but the hotel is unaware of this. Quite the letdown because we chose and spent more for this hotel room expecting a wonderful experience for my birthday.

Only one thing......the phones in the room did not work so we had to haul our luggage down ourselves. The stay was delightful and fun and we were able to go see tow ballgames and July 4 fireworks

Everything about the hotel was excellent.

I have stayed here several times and have always had a good experience. I love the bathroom in the room. Separate shower and a big bathtub. I am 6'3" and don't fit well in a standard bathtub in most rooms so I appreciate that. Rooms are always clean and nice smelling.

Great stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and always helpful, and the location was perfect for getting around. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was very good and facilities also good. Staff were friendly. Our group booked rooms with Club facilities, but on arrival advised this was no longer available. Interesting comment given it was still being advertised in the room listings online! Got very poor reaction for reception staff and minimal compensation from the hotel - a few vouchers for a snack or drink. Did not come anywhere near the value of booking a Club room!

This hotel didn't bother to clean our room in between days. I can't believe that's something you actually have to request, but apparently that's their standard protocol.

Everything was perfect

Room was great. Staff was even better. Perfect central location. The only thing I did not quite enjoy was the view we had from the room, though I suppose not every room can offer a perfect view.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt! Wonderful service, clean and spacious rooms. We will definitely return.

We arrived very early. The reception agent was immediately able to find a room for us. This was wonderful! Especially since the World Cup was about to begin. Our room was near the elevator. That evening several people got off the elevator and made a lot of noise for a short amount of time. I can't complain though because getting into our room early was such a bonus.

The ice machines were not easy to find. And when I did it I was not able to fill my cup . It was out of ice.

It was a short stay but staff was friendly and hotel very clean.
