Grand Hyatt Seattle

Easy access to Starbucks, wish there was a better option for dining. Seattle is already so expensive, Ruth’s Chris was not in my wallet for eating. I felt the dining option of the bar/lounge area very uncomfortable and the menu is very limited. Considering we chose the hotel for travel/walking ease to local sights it’s good to be right in the middle of downtown. The soundproofing at this hotel is spectacular too, not one siren made it past the windows.

Hard to complain on any front. Staff were friendly, and the hotel's location is almost perfect in that it's withing walking distance of most of Seattle's key attractions (net of the stadiums), yet far enough removed from the heart of the tourist traffic. The dining offerings are good but not necessarily unique or memorable (core spot would be Ruth's Chris), and there's also a Starbuck's on-site (duh, it's Seattle!!). Overall, we would absolutely stay there again.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and the location was within walking distance to the major attractions.

It was amazing from start to finish

When I checked in they had Champagne ready. It was busy so all the bellman were assisting other customers. The gentleman that checked us in came out to load up the cart himself. Took the cart and said our luggage would be up to the room shortly. We took elevator up to our room walked in and 15 seconds later our luggage was there. They are on point.

The only cleanliness issue was a large stain on the carpet which is a big eyesore. The bathtub needs to hv safety bars as it is quite deep and dangerous to get in and out. The shower needs a safety bar as well

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Seattle for our 10-year anniversary and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we checked in, it felt special. We were welcomed with champagne, which was an unexpected touch and a great way to start our anniversary weekend. The hotel and room felt genuinely luxurious. The marble finishes, large walk-in shower, deep soaking tub, comfortable room, and overall atmosphere made it feel like we had actually gotten away, even though we were still right here in Seattle. The location was also perfect for what we had planned. We spent the evening celebrating around the city and on Lake Union, then came back to a beautiful, comfortable room where we could relax and enjoy the rest of our anniversary. What stood out most was how the entire stay elevated the experience without feeling stuffy or overly formal. We felt welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. We were still talking and smiling about the weekend after we got home. After 10 years together, we wanted this anniversary to feel memorable, and the Grand Hyatt Seattle was a big part of making that happen. We would absolutely stay here again. 5 stars.

This was a very nice hotel. Close to walking to places. Third party shuttle service to the cruise port. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our room was spacious and clean. We slept well; the room was quiet and dark. The hotel is within walking distance of the sights we wanted to visit and close to the light rail and monorail. We enjoyed using the jacuzzi and although I didn't use the gym, the equipment looked excellent. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in our room rate. Only two of the four elevators were working when we were there; this added a lot of wait time. I'm not a fan of the squishy pillows.

Excellent location, comfortable and within walking distance from everything 74.00 a night was was pricey for valet parking

Overall great experience. The hotel bar was the only downside. Busy and slower than expected.

Location was centrally located to all of the activities we wanted to do. Room was nice. Parking a bit expensive and didn't love the additional $35 destination fee that was tacked on at the end.
