Grand Hyatt Seattle

Loved everything. Super clean, comfortable beds, great restaurants, great gym walking distance to everything we needed during our stay.

Loved the bathroom, room was spacious and staff were really nice. Starbucks and hot pot were a plus! Also a Ruth’s Chris. $15 credit per night for the bar or breakfast. Great location as well and not too far of a walk to pikes. I would come again!

This hotel is located perfectly, and the hotel is nice and functional but it is in need of a renovation, however we got the 4 night approx. $750 cheaper that any other hotels in the same area and class, the check in staff were super nice and service oriented, the house keeping great, the valet great - only minor complain were when we check out we were asked how the hotel was, which I replied too exactly as I described above - this didn’t “Karen” like at all (so don’t ask if you don’t want the true).

Everything was really clean. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Restaurant listing provided was a little out of date with 2 restaurants closed but everything else was extremely helpful. Couldn’t really find the hot tub and such but there was so much in the hotel room that it didn’t really matter. We appreciate everything everyone was able to help us with! We will definitely be returning on our next trip to the city

We had a very nice room on the 30th floor with amazing city & water views! We walked everywhere for local dining, to waterfront sightseeing, and to Pike Market. It was a very nice stay and the staff was exceptional.

Beautiful and clean accommodations - easily located within walking to shopping and restaurants - Seattle (the city) was very dirty but the hotel was great!

I really liked that it was in downtown Seattle and it was super convenient for walking all around town. The room and bathrooms were very clean I didn’t like that they only did valet parking, and that there wasn’t any water bottle dispensers besides one at the gym.

Very lovely room, huge soaking tub. Loved the stay.

My credit card was not working for my damage deposit and Luke pulled some strings to allow me to pay that with cash which I greatly appreciated
