The room was clean, well organized and it was convenient for my trip to Seattle. I highly recommend the Hyatt for your stay.

Friendly staff, concierge was outstanding. Made reservations for us to dinner Saturday night. Staff cleaned our room daily. Centrally located in Seattle. Close to Pike Place Market, plus Seattle Art Museum. Room was very clean and it was very quiet.

I stayed here with my daughter. The hotel is within walking distance of the waterfront, monorail and the spheres. We didn’t have to uber much. Our room had a great view of the islands. I would definitely stay here again.

Derrick at at bar was amazing! The room was very clean and very comfortable bed.

The staff was amazing especially Mikala and Sam they made sure our stay was excellent. They both greeted our family a total of 11 of us. Thanks for making our stay great.

The room was clean and nice but way over priced for what it was. $69 for guest parking was also outrageous, but that’s Seattle I suppose.

Solid hotel

Clean, comfortable, central location

I was welcomed right away, the hotel was very clean and the room was great, I picked this hotel because it was close to the Paramount Theater. I am also a light sleeper so I was hoping that if I paid for a luxury hotel I would be able to sleep better but I didn't. I could still hear the noises from the city. This was my first time staying at a hotel like this. Didn't realize the resort fee was $29 and then $69 a day for parking. I did get a $15 credit to use at their market the day I checked in. I don't think what I paid for was worth it. I don't think I would pick this next time I stay in Seattle.

Great location in the city Center. Clean and comfortable room.

We were drawn to this hotel because it is pet friendly and close to the Paramount Theatre. The pet fee is a little steep and there is no area for pet relief, no amenities for dogs, not even a water bowl. The rooms are quiet and clean, beds are comfortable and staff is friendly. Avoid the corner of the parking lot as that’s where guests have been taking their dogs. The urine smell is awful and feces are everywhere.

Good view, really close to lake wood mall and train station.

Very nice room; comfortable, clean and spacious enough for a single person. Staff at front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Loved the cafe on the 2nd floor and appreciated the credit given by hotel as an offset for the resort fee. Also appreciated the closeness to Seattle Convention Center. Def would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here! Was within walking distance of Pike Place and Pier 55. The only downside was the unexpected destination fees that gets tact on upon check-in.
