The hotel was very clean and in a great location. I took one star off because the pillows are awful. They are so thin and uncomfortable! I would have expected higher end pillows from the Hyatt!

I booked it because it was cheaper than most places we saw on Expedia. When we got there I had to double check my reservation because it was so much nicer than I expected. Super well kept, very clean, good amenities. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Great hotel in a perfect location for walking to Pikes Market or the Space Needle

The staff were great in general. They did not extend my checkout time as a Hyatt member. Great location and great views. No smell or perfume in the room to which I am sensitive to. Highly recommend it.

Booked a spa/massge which was across the street at the same chain. However the amenities and locker room were open to hotel guests and their children. Very uncomfortable to sauna with little kids running around
