The property was clean but old. Great location. Fire alarm went off at 1230am so that wasn’t fun. They did leave a little treat for my so son’s graduation which was very nice.

However, several things made our stay less enjoyable. Housekeeping is only provided every other day, which wasn’t ideal for our family. There is no guest laundry on-site, and the room does not include a microwave or coffee maker. While these amenities are listed on the hotel’s website, they’re easy to overlook and are worth keeping in mind before booking. The TV is also not a smart TV, so you can’t easily stream your own Netflix, Disney+, or other apps, which was a bit disappointing. The shower water pressure was quite weak, and during our stay, only one of the hotel’s two elevators was working, leading to longer wait times. Overall, it’s a decent hotel with a fantastic location, but the lack of some basic conveniences and the maintenance issues make it difficult to rate it higher. It was an okay stay, but I would likely consider other options next time.

The front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful, and were actually rude. They acted like you were putting them out when you spoke to them. The room was ridiculously priced for what it was, and on our 2nd night a crazy man pulled the fire alarm at midnight. We all stood outside in our pajamas for around 30 mins.. Nothing was done to make it right and when we checked out the front desk girl was rude, did not ask how our stay was and did not apologize for any inconveniences. WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Location for this hotel was very good, within walking distance of many attractions. Rooms were clean and the staff were all very nice and helpful. Minor complaints for a broken elevator during a very busy time (FIFA world cup matches). Odd "perk" was to have complimentary coffee from 4am to 7am in the lobby by using a Keurig was ridiculous.

Good location. Safe area.

Beautiful updated Hotel with the exception only one elevator was working at the time. It was World Cup which was very busy. Otherwise, it was an exceptional stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was lovely, it was clean and bright and spacious, with a very comfy bed. The hotel was very centrally located so we mostly walked everywhere. It was our anniversary and the hotel and staff made an effort thank you. we would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel to friends.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location. What more does a traveler need? highly recommend!

Very clean , convenient location, helpful staff. Great place to stay before or after a cruise . It was an issue with elevator, but was fixed very quickly.
-
Excellent check in and entire experience. Valet services were top notch and easy to use. Cost was very affordable for an amazing downtown location. Close to pike place market and lots of bustling nightlife in Seattle. Highly recommend !

I would give five stars in every category if only the elevators were both working. I frequent this hotel and it always has only one elevator working The other one is being serviced. Please get them both working it would make things more convenient. This was a pain, especially with the World Cup in Seattle at one point we had to take the stairs because both elevators were not working.

Helpful staff, great location. Dated hotel, with an old slow shower, but is spacious with a comfortable bed.

Excellent location and the property is well maintained and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They let us checked in early which was so convenient since we arrived early from the cruise. Many thanks to all the staff.

Location

Location was great, staff were nice and room was clean. One elevator was out of service during the whole stay which was a bit inconvenient. No Microwave in property.

Great large clean room
-
Excellent location if you’d like to walk. Which we did! The staff was excellent very accommodating and professional. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet would stay again in heartbeat. The Front Desk especially was very courteous, thoughtful and generous. Thank you.

One of the two elevators didn't work during our stay, and the one that did, didn't work for half the time we were there, so we used the stairs from our 7th-floor room. Housekeeping came by once during our 3-night stay.
-
The staff always helpful and accommodating set up our private car to take us to our cruise very reasonable 24 dollars for 2 and driver offered to pick us up when we return. Food was great and quick service.

There wasn’t a coffeemaker or kettle in the room. When I called down about coffee service I was told keurig coffee is available from 10p-7a in the lobby (no ability for hot water for tea) and after 7am the bar area offered pastries and barista-style coffee. This was not included in the stay as far as I could tell. The air conditioner in our room was jet engine level loud and the fan turning on and off was disruptive to sleep. The shower head hit me in the middle of my face - which is to say it was quite short as I am only 5’8- and the water pressure left a lot to be desired. The gym is in the basement of the hotel and was warm for the workout but there were towels and cups only water available. Perhaps the biggest drawback was that the room wasn’t serviced during our stay which means trash wasn’t taken out, glasses weren’t cleaned and linens weren’t exchanged. I assume it wasn’t a common occurrence but only one elevator worked during our stay and we received a letter under our door about a planned alarm test, power swap to the generator that would result in the elevator being unusable and problems with other electric/water elements in the hotel. All that considered - I thought it was expensive for the experience.
