Ideal location in an historic hotel. The classic charm is comfortable and welcoming, though the trade-off is you don't get the full assortment of modern amenities. You do get a great bar/restaurant in Oliver's which is worth a visit, especially with a 15% discount on food.

Beautifully maintained hotel. Loved the architecture. Staff was very pleasant. Suite room was perfect for our family, with a rollaway bed requested and provided. We walked places and also used uber to get around. Coffee and hot tea provided in lobby. Shuttle available for fee if you’re going on cruise.

It was super helpful having a 24 hour desk assistant as we arrived late from flight delays. Having water on the first floor and the 2 additional free waters in the fridge was appreciated! The space was super nice as well. It is an old hotel, which is part of its charm but i would say the only issue is that it did get humid so I’m not sure if the air conditioning worked that well. The walls are very thin so we were woken up at night from someone next door snoring, breathing loudly and arguing. Other than that, staff was great and friendly.

The location is fantastic as it is a few blocks from the fish market, and an easy walk to the waterfront or the train. As there are also Lime scooters you can walk outside and hire, it is very easy to get around. The bar at the hotel serves great cocktails as well. Not a great view. I was on the 9th floor and had 2 windows, the one was onto the neighbours office block and the other was onto the roofs of the adjourning building.

Great location, walkable to so many things! Hotel is full of 1920's charm. The room was spacious. Would stay there again. The bathroom was tiny, designed for one person at a time.

We arrived quite early expecting to walk around Seattle but my husband wasn’t feeling well. Staff really were kind and helped us check in 2 hours early. Hotel was very clean.

The positives from this hotel is that staff is friendly and the hotel is quiet. The location was good for my purposes. But there is a strong dank smell to the hotel. The carpet in the lobby is not clean. It is an old hotel that is not cared for. My room was over $300 a night and my view was looking at the wall and equipment on the roof. The bed was old and uncomfortable. I would not choose to stay here again.

Great place to stay if you are vacationing in Seattle

The front desk staff didn’t know anything about the hotel, neither breakfast prices or late check out. The napkin ran out in 2 uses, called the house keeping 3 times, 5 minutes of ringing each time, no one answered. Really bad for a so called 4 stars hotel.

Loved the art deco style. A very beautiful hotel

This historic property has a lot to like: friendly/helpful staff, great location, historic charm. Easy access to downtown and to public transportation. We actually liked everything about this hotel...except the bed. The bed was simply not comfortable. A new mattress and this stay would have been stellar.

We booked the room 2 months in advance.. when we arrived the room was not ready but the staff put us on a calling list and called us an hour later while we were down at Pike Place market telling us our room was ready. However, when we went to fill in the paperwork at the front desk, we were told that there would be no hot water between 8pm and 5 AM. We booked the room because we were going to a concert nearby and they neglected to tell us anything about this water outage when we first got to the hotel while we were at Pike Place market waiting for this room that would eventually we would be told have no hot water then we were told abruptly that there would be no refunds due to our booking. The manager had to come over and sort it all out suffice is to say I would never recommend this hotel to anybody again.

Very nice hotel. Staff were incredible and very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfectly located for Pier Markets , easy 5 minute walk. Surrounded by quality shopping opportunities. Nothing
