Wonderful place to stay, great location. Oliver’s was fantastic as well. Baggage service very helpful. Check in was slow due to apparent understaffing.

Location was perfect. Walkable to Pike Place Public Market, waterfront area and T-Mobile park.

The lady at the front desk was so rude I literally went across the street and booked a room for my 2 days there. Keep in mind I already paid and there is no refunds so I'd rather pay 900$ extra just to not be there. I travel 30+ times a year and have never left a bad review at a hotel or resort.

Lot's of street traffic noise made it difficult to sleep. The room's carpet is run down.

Everything was perfect. Location was a plus. We really enjoyed the breakfast it was elegant and tasty! Only drawback was some of the gym equipment was run down or not working. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice historic hotel in the heart of downtown. Loved the attached restaurant and bar, had dinner and drinks there both nights I stayed there. Valet was a little haphazard but it worked. Need to valet because parking in Seattle was expensive and not convenient. Room was nice. Good wifi. Daily maid service was nice.

Restaurant is nice. Rooms are very old and most of the hotel needs renovating.
