Staff was so attentive and kind!
-
I left few personal articles that couldn’t recover as you have to report in a website and never get an answer. Things were lost

The hotel is an historic landmark and beautifully preserved. The room was compact and bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would stay there again.

Beautiful property with a lot of character

Our room was small, very little space to even store our luggage. My friend paid the same as I did and she had a suite with a separate living room, two baths and two beds. One of the two elevators was broken. There is very little space to sit anywhere and relax and the furniture is tired and run down looking. The staff was nice and helpful and transportation from hotel to cruise port was nice. I would not choose this hotel again though.

transportation to port was great

Black mold growing in the washroom. Management very rude.

elevator should be a priority to be fix

Hotel is centrally located and the staff was pleasant and attentive. Hotel is lovely but as others have reported it could use a refresh. Air conditioning in my room was not sufficiently cool and there was a slight musty smell. Otherwise-lovely hotel.

The light rail from the airport had a stop in the same block

This is a historic hotel in the heart of Seatle. It offers many charming amenities, and the restaurant/bar serves excellent food and great cocktails. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and although we only stayed two nights, we enjoyed this hotel very much. A/C was cold and beds were very comfortable.

Everything was great! Valet parking took a little bit to long get our car back!
-
The location was fantastic…so close to the light rail and to the moon rail. The decor was a little dated and the carpets could use replacing. Our ac didn’t work quite right…but having a window that opened for a breeze at night was great. I’d definitely stay here again!

Every member of the staff were super friendly and super helpful. The hotel is very nice and is within easy walking distance to the monorail, Pikes Place Market and anything else you want to experience.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. We were given an upgrade to a corner suite, which provided us with plenty of space and the living area was much welcomed by our daughter, who had her own space for her bed. Highly recommend

My stay here was made very special as it was my birthday and Elizabeth at concierge made sure that I felt special. I received an upgraded room which was excellent and big and comfortable and we also had a nice personalized birthday card in the room with some gummy bears. She also helped us with our reservation and gave us complementary appetizers at the aqua. I just stayed one night in preparation for my cruise, but everything was awesome.
