It’s a good location, but an older building. It didn’t feel as luxurious other Kimptons I’ve stayed at. The rooms seemed a little small too.

Amazing view from corner unit on 5th floor with an easy walk to Pike Place Market. Stayed at hotel after special event hosted in basement. Did not have time to enjoy amenities but was a great location.

Close location to Piers for those continuing their travels by sea

Love the location! Easy walking distance to public market and other local attractions. Very friendly staff. Excellent food and service in their restaurant. The air conditioning wasn’t working in our room when we arrived. They sent a technician up to fix it. The shower dripped, so it was annoying when trying to sleep. Fortunately, they provided ear plugs which helped.

Great location close to Pike Place Market. Very friendly helpful staff. Very cramp two bed room. No place to pu suitcases, other than a nightstand no surface to put anything. Very narrow closet space for hanging anything that almost entirely taken over by an ironing board. Three small drawers in the nightstand the only storage.

Everything was great! Definitely worth the visit and a great location.

Restaurant and bar were a delight with great staff Front desk, specifically L’Tanya, were rude and disrespectful. Constantly changing check-in time, spoke untruths about the behavior on the room adjacent to ours (it was cleaned and left open for unknown persons who stayed when it was not occupied by a customer)

We had to leave very early when we checked out so a staff member suggested that we pre-order our breakfast. Well, it took 25 minutes for them to deliver the food so we could not eat or we would have missed our Lyft. Upon early checkout, the lady was pretty agitated when we questioned some unexpected RESORT/AMMENITY charges. Great location but will not return.

Hotel's proximity to ferry terminal. We checked in around 8:30 pm. Bar had private event and restaurant in hotel closed at 9 pm.

The location was the best. We could walk to everything or a simple Uber ride. We couldn’t get into our room until after 4pm which check in was 3pm. We came in from the east coast so it had been a long day. I had I initially requested m for our rooms to be next to each other so that could have been the reason but it took me going up 2 times to have someone get us our rooms an hour later. Once I said I was willing to be separated they found rooms. Another desk employee had to take over my problem.

Hotel was amazing! Staff was super friendly! Hotel was clean and rooms were great.

Location by Market and water front was wonderful. Elegant and well staffed with a nice room to sip coffee why my roomate slept.
