Kimpton Palladian Hotel by IHG

We had to leave very early when we checked out so a staff member suggested that we pre-order our breakfast. Well, it took 25 minutes for them to deliver the food so we could not eat or we would have missed our Lyft. Upon early checkout, the lady was pretty agitated when we questioned some unexpected RESORT/AMMENITY charges. Great location but will not return.

Hotel's proximity to ferry terminal. We checked in around 8:30 pm. Bar had private event and restaurant in hotel closed at 9 pm.

The location was the best. We could walk to everything or a simple Uber ride. We couldn’t get into our room until after 4pm which check in was 3pm. We came in from the east coast so it had been a long day. I had I initially requested m for our rooms to be next to each other so that could have been the reason but it took me going up 2 times to have someone get us our rooms an hour later. Once I said I was willing to be separated they found rooms. Another desk employee had to take over my problem.

Hotel was amazing! Staff was super friendly! Hotel was clean and rooms were great.

Location by Market and water front was wonderful. Elegant and well staffed with a nice room to sip coffee why my roomate slept.

My desert was a least a day old with a pudding film on top. Did not eat and got no credit for it. The stay and staff were great.

Felt like walking into the era of the Great Gatsby. Quirky in the best way and so unique. A boutique hotel experience for sure. What a great find!

The hotel itself is beautiful and perfect location to walk everywhere in Seattle. Since checking out I have been double charged twice and then when they issued the second refund they shorted me $4.24. Not a huge amount but all the phone calls and repeating myself to get this resolved has been unbelievably frustrating. I won’t recommend booking with them through a third party because they don’t understand the concept of someone paying in advance. Just don’t.

Hotel is nicely appointed. Clean and a great location. Didnt have e my room ready until two hours past 3pm, which was strange. Otherwise a lovely place close to many touristy things.

Breakfast is good but expensive. Streets can be loud.

Hotel very well situated for all amenities. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfy. A little overpriced.

Excellent staff and very clean and comfortable room. Great location across the street from the Moore Theatre for attending a concert. Delicious breakfast in the morning at the hotel restaurant, also with excellent staff.

2- no internet 3- $62 to valet park and no where else to park 4- slow bar service 5- paid for upper floor corner room w/ tub in shower.. got 2nd floor, small suite, very loud, no hot water.

Impressive Hotel. Best setting, just two blocks from Pike Place and water front. Excellent staff. Really enjoyed our stay.

Tonya at the front desk was amazing .. so was the "happy hour reception" in the lobby when we arrived! Needed a coffee pot & microwave in the room. Electrical outlet near the head of the bed is needed (for medical equipment)
