Stayed with my wife and 2 and 4 year olds, the staff was incredible the entire time, the restaurant attached had one of the best bartenders I’ve come across in a long time, her name was Erin. Fabulous stay, staff were all very nice the entire time, not a single bad word to say.

The toilet very slow to refill/ flush. Front desk not very friendly and don’t make sustained eye contact. Clipped responses to questions without friendly smiles.
-
The room I booked was not the room we had and they couldn’t find my booking in the beginning. Took over a couple hours to get it fixed.I booked through a 3rd party and maybe not entirely the hotels fault. Overall it was a nice experience and would stay there again.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms
-
The was located in an excellent location. We were able to walk to attractions and restaurants. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. However, The lobby is very difficult to access for those with mobility issues. I would not recommend this hotel to someone who needs a walker, wheelchair or scooter. We have stayed here many times but won't be staying there now.

There are bed bugs again

Whirlpool was great and pool was okay. Restaurant food was good and service was great though their website said that hotel patrons breakfasts were capped at $19 which turned out not to be the case.
-
I found a bug in my bed upon falling asleep. We were not given enough towels for all 4 of us, AND the AC was not working.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Walk to Pike Place Market and to Space Needle and Chihuly glass exhibit. Restaurant in hotel is good. Cab stand right at front door ready to take you wherever you need to go.

We stayed at for our Seattle vacation/ Seafair and it was a wonderful! The location of the property and the staff were amazing and our room was beautiful 10/10
-
I didn’t like the fact that I was charged $236 for I don’t know what
-
Excellent staff, lobby smelled amazing!! I felt rich in this hotel, wish I could have stayed longer!

Note: there is no laundry in the building or anywhere nearby and the in house laundry fees are ridiculous. We found a laundry service that would pick up, wash, fold, and return our laundry in 24 hours for a fraction of the cost of the hotel service but still much more than had we done it ourselves. The handle on one of the front doors is missing which felt a bit shabby. Overall, this hotel feels like it's not being cared for appropriately and I wouldn't stay here again despite a friendly and helpful staff.

Very convenient to pretty much everything. Clean and welcoming. Room was very nice and clean. However, my tv kept turning off and rebooting about every 15 mins or so which was annoying. The pool was unexpectedly very cold and not real inviting.
