Great location and great hotel!

The staff, from the front desk to the parking attendants, were all an absolute pleasure! We had a lovely time and can’t wait to come back!

everything is great. The room was great clean. The people were friendly. The restaurant attached was great except that I thought that their menu lean too much towards one type of food like Greek would’ve liked more a variety of selections

Didn't try the breakfast, think it was next door in a restaurant. Good size room for a family of four. Decent bathroom. Road is loud at night, usual city noise, ear plugs provided. Great location for access to the piers and space needle. Usual USA with doormen expecting a tip for opening a door or helping with a case. I would recommend this hotel.

Location is great Based on the ratings and reviews, I thought it would be much nicer. The carpet and furnishings are basically Marriott Courtyard level. Bathroom was small, no tub, Home Depot finishes. The building is tired, staff was nice, but definitely a 3 star, not 4 and certainly nowhere near. 5.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were really well designed and the hotel loby was beautiful.

Location Nothing

Beautiful lobby, great spaces in the room to relax, get dressed, shower was wonderful, and lighting is desirable. Would prefer a regular Keurig over the Nespresso and a fridge and microwave. The fridge could be emptied of the bar and used for milk or other small things but it could’ve been better. Construction crews jackhammered through the night against ordinances and so the hotel manager moved my son and I to a suite on the other side with no additional cost so we could sleep in peace. Overall very nice place to stay.

The location was perfect the waterfront pipe place the monorail were all within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and professional. Nice restaurants nearby.

Liked the location and the decor. The only down fall might be the platform beds. They are a little hard to get out of when you are a bit older. The staff were very friendly!! Overall we enjoyed our visit there!
