We needed an early check in and we were pleasantly surprised that they were able to provide one. Thanks !!!

The room we were in was starting to show wear and tear.
-
My only complaint is there were absolutely NO USB plug-ins anywhere in the room. Luckily I had a brick to charge my phone.

Easy and fast check-in. Great staff!

Room was a bit dated but nice. nice view of the sound and the city. Very convenient location for the sights of Seattle. Overall: Great location , decent hotel, could use a renovation.

The additional fees at check in were shocking. Was informed at booking that the “destination fee” was $40 upon arrival but came to over $100! Had to pay extra if we wanted wifi! And the parking…. Over $60 for a place we spent over $600 for ONE night. Over all ended up paying $200 on top of the room charge. Nice hotel but the cost of an all inclusive vacay just for one night. Won’t be back again.

The location and the views.

It was amazing

I love Westin Hotels. Lovely view. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I sent a package to the hotel, and it goes to the FedEx office, so youve 1. Got to be there while theyre open to get it. 2. Pay a storage fee!

Booking with Hotels. Com was very simple however the hotel could not confirm my reservation. I had to have them manually look up my name to confirm. The first person I spoke to could not find my name so I’m had to re-call for someone else to assist me. The parking is tedious to get in to but once you figure it out, everything else is very simple. Everything is within walking distance. If you don’t mind walking a few blocks you don’t need a car. The monorail is very close to take you to the Needle, MOPOP and the Pacific Museum. Lots of security is onsite so it feels very safe.

V comfortable beds The problem was not with my stay. It was with the staff from booking who ignored all my messages, phone calls and emails. Very unprofessional when I wanted to remove one night from my stay that I ended up paying an extra night. Unacceptable
-
Central location to everything. The buildings are very uniquely shaped and tall which allowed us to identify where the hotel is anywhere we went downtown Seattle. The bed was comfy, room cleaning and tidying was spot on every day.

How many people rent bikes or have time for much else ... ? Would not stay there because it is expensive enough and the destination charge is a rip-off.

Nice croud works here and I saw Egypt national tim♥️👍

Very convenient location one block from transit to airport. Room was clean and nice. Could not get WiFi on my Chromebook. Had to use phone for any internet tasks. Also was told there was a $20 food and beverage credit, but I was charged for food I thought would be credited.

Staff was really nice and professional helped us to solve a room problem
