A lovely hotel with great amenities and an excellent location. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impressively quiet, making for a very relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Thank you. It was a great trip.

We appreciated the daily housekeeping services which were well done. The only slight downside was that the shower gel and shampoo were empty and not refilled while we were there. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

Location. The upsell said it included free wifi, but every time I tried to log in it wanted to charge me more money, so I never used it. Parking is very expensive.

The location is good. Having a water view room helps. It’s a hub take off point for cruise ship users, so it’s crowded with this type of vacationers lingering everywhere. As such, the hotel is well used/worn and over rated for anything more than for “cruse ship vacationers.”

Location was close to everything Charges for a Kit Kat that I did not eat. 10 dollars. I am diabetic.

Good location, very comfortable, friendly staff. There was an unused microwave oven on the floor in the room by the door. Wasn’t given clear instructions regarding the free Argosy boat tour. Of course, it’s possible I just didn’t listen.

Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Not enough space to detail all the horribleness plus there is now an internal investigation pending after our visit. Just some of the incidents include our baggage being lost, broken into, items from them stolen, our key card being used to purchase food we did not consume as well as tip the staff $65 for a $35 meal that should have been free with the vouchers we were promised but never given, hotel cards were deactivated 5x during our stay including when we were trying to leave the parking garage that they said would cost nothing since our treatment during the stay was unacceptable (we were charged $85 for the parking for one day, which is not the normal rate but rather the valet which we didn’t get), management kept refusing looking into somebody fraudulently signing my name for things we did not purchase, never being apologized to nor even shown the slightest of sympathy or concern, blaming us saying perhaps our kids used the card (we don’t have kids and were the only 2 in our party), being told we were being given much compensation merely for them removing items from the bill for items in the fridge that we didn’t consume (had to clean out thawed ice cream that leaked all over the cabinets may have set off the sensors)…so much more, management kept denying and victim blaming, then refused to contact us after we left the hotel. We are not complainers and can take a lot of subpar service, we never showed frustration. Don’t go here
