The elevators were broken for our entire stay causing massive lineups and delays getting up to our room each day. We stayed for 4 days and they were broken without any communication or attempt to say how they were getting fixed. They finally stated they would apply a discount to our room(when I approached the front desk to ask what they would be doing) at checkout to correct for this large inconvenience but the bill arrived and there was no discount and so I had to go again and ask. The discount was not worth the hours of wasted time waiting for the elevators.

This is a really nice hotel in a great area. The rooms are spacious and the staff is great. The only reason it got three stars from us is that it was next to impossible to get an elevator due to people trying to all leave at the same time to get to cruises.

Did not clean room and had to request towels. Took staff 3 trips to bring towels required. Paid over $200 in destination tax. Unacceptable. $90 CDN for a basic coffee shop style of breakfast. Not the quality I expect from the Westin brand.

Love that the hotel is centrally located to all attractions in the downtown area. Easy to get out and explore. The only downside I had was the bed!! The mattress needed to be changed, we rolled right into the center of the bed when you trying to sleep.
