The staff was friendly, professional, and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions I had. The location was fantastic—within walking distance of Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, waterfront attractions, and plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops. One of the best parts of my stay was how peaceful the hotel felt despite being in the heart of the city. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle for business or leisure.

The arrival and check in with Kevin was great. Gave us all the information we needed. The room was nice and comfortable. The area was safe and convenient. Walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and sites to see.

There are a lot of noise from the fitness center on the fourth floor in the morning, which affects my sleeping

Spent a couple nights at the Sound hotel and it was excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The artwork in the lobby and hallways were fun and it was in walking distance of all the sights downtown. Loved the experience and highly recommend.

Good place to go around, but when some body doing exercises in the fitness room, it will make a lot of noise on the 4th floor, so don't do 4th floor if you want to sleep well in the Morning.

Very nice. The staff was great! The room was quite nice and the location was very convenient.

The street is well coated close to so may public parking . So you can just park and walk around . Our room was on 3rd floor facing the roof of next door building . And the lobby was very basic with drinks and small menu, but does the job for a short stay during the World Cup.

First time in Seattle visiting for the World Cup game, and the Sound Hotel made it a great experience! All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful with any questions we had. The room was clean and comfortable without complaints. It was central to many locations that we went to so we did not have to spend money on ride share or taxis. Would 100% recommend for a short/long term stay.

Close proximity to all of Seattle, in our top five of places stayed

I took a lot of time deliberating between hotels in the same area of Seattle before finally choosing the Sound Hotel. I am 100% happy with my choice! The customer service was top-notch, the cleanliness impeccable, and the 7th floor terrace amazing. We spent a lot of time on that terrace, enjoying the view (and free wine 4-5 pm)! The hotel location is excellent, easily walkable to the water and to Pikes Place Market. We were so happy at the Sound Hotel!

An awesome contemporary hotel with thoughtful amenities in a fabulous location. This is my new choice for Seattle travel.

Excellent location. Cool decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom. Cleaning was inconsistent (e.g. , coffee cups unwashed) . You need to request daily cleanup, otherwise - every other day. Also - no complimentary water; you need to pay $5 for a small bottle

Walkable to Pike Market and waterfront. Nice bar and restaurant in facility. Modern, upscale decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of coffee houses and restaurants and shopping nearby. Mainly just the price. Also thought bottled water should be included for what I paid per night.
