The hotel is nice and clean. It is located in a great spot. Bikes are great perk. Love the rooftop terrace. Only downside is no workout room or no conference room for business travel.

The hotel was cute and quaint. The staff was helpful as far as recommending on which places to eat at. There is a rooftop relaxing area, but it is also small and cozy.

Awesome!! Great place, great locale. Go yo, for staying downtown in Seattle.
-
The staff are amazing. It’s so close to the water and amenities. Within walking distance to everything. Loved our stay ❤️

The area around the hotel is not very good, even though they have security outside the hotel

The rooftop patio made this a 10/10 experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but not terrible, location was perfect.

Great place to stay in a slightly rough neighborhood. Just two blocks away from the waterfront and two blocks away from expensive high rises. Had no issues apart from very few pan handlers. Shouldn’t stop you from staying at this lovely hotel!! With in a extremely short walk from pikes place!

Although this won’t be the case with everyone we were very appreciative that when we arrived at the hotel very early they were able to check us in. The room was clean and smelled freshly cleaned!

Nice room

Location is close to Pukes Place, however there area is covered up with homeless people. They Don bother you but it is a little uneasy when walking the streets. I probably will not be back to Seattle again. Last I was in Seattle was 2008 and a lot has changed.

The room was clean and the staff was amazing!

The hotel is a bit older, but is very nicely kept, close to some great restaurants (Rocco’s has the best capers salad and pizza), and the rooftop patio is wonderful. Walking distance to the Space Needle and the Public Market. Even the stadium is within walking distance if you like to walk. Ray was our favorite staff member.

flies buzzing around the entrance constantly?

Nice hotel, not right in the center but very walkable to everything. At night some homeless and drugs users but as two male travelers, we were okay.

Loved this hotel. Staff was super accommodating and helpful in getting us where we needed to go. Rooms were great for what we needed, great location, could walk everywhere.

Soundproofing could be improved

Even though we got there a few hours before check-in, they had a room ready for us. It was nice not to have to store our luggage and to be able to change clothes and freshen up in our room before we headed out to explore. Speaking of the room, it was well-appointed and decently sized for our one night stay. It had a kitchenette and an in-room safe and the cutest tiny balcony I've ever seen! It had a slider with a screen that you could open to people watch and listen to the sounds of the street below. The hotel is well-located, within walking distance to Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, the Seattle Waterfront, and Westlake Center that houses the closest Link Light Rail station, which we used quite a bit. There are also several restaurants close by including a good Mexican restaurant, Hatch Cantina, on the same block. Like any big city, there was a fair number of homeless people within the surrounding blocks but we never felt threatened by anyone. The price for our room was very fair and less than other, comparable hotels close by. We will definitely stay there again!

The room and facilities were extremely clean. I take my own cleaning wipes and there wasn’t a spec of dust. The staff was both friendly and helpful. In the lobby there was spa water, coffee, and tea available for guests to drink. The hotel provided bikes to use as transportation as well as umbrellas to borrow during rain. The courtesy of holding luggage before and after check in was greatly appreciated. If you are a tall person the toilets are very short. The hotel is also central located and in walking distance from food, drinks, and the pier. The hotel is located downtown so there are a few seedy individuals. As a safety measure the hotel doors to the public are locked by 10pm and you must be buzzed in.
