Hotel staff very friendly

We would absolutely stall here again.

Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The floor was very quiet but the AC unit was very loud. Suggest earplugs. The surrounding area can be a challenge for those not used to the street activity of an urban environment, I believe it is as safe as any big city and we had no real issues.

Staff was extremely helpful. Room very clean. The only downside was hallways and outside looked a bit run down but room was pristine and that’s what really mattered to me. Great value and location

Great location for the waterfront, we walked to everything. Nice room with good bed, small bathroom and a tiny kitchen with sink and cabinets. Very helpful staff.

My room smelled and was tiny. The area is filled with homeless. The staff were over extended. I would never stay there again.

10/10 recommend. Great location with ten minute walk to space needle and ten minute walk other direction to pike place. also 15 minute walk from monorail/train station. Wonderful court yard to have your coffee which is available every morning or water. Both taste great. I refilled my bottle every time I left or returned. The kitchenette has all your essentials with microwave and mini fridge. Exceptionally cleaned and smelled great in the room and hallways. The staff is wonderful and helpful.

Hotel itself and staff -- wonderful. Location to Pier 66 -- excellent. But... if you are someone who likes to be outside after dark, it's not a safe area. A lot of right-out-in-the-open drug use and I'm not talking about pot. They are openly shooting up and smoking from tin foil. If that bothers you, do not stay in this area. But the hotel was very nice and we'd stay again if we ever cruise from Seattle again.

The property was good, but right outside the hotel no good. Too many homelessness and unpleasant sights.

Good hotel, comfy beds and pillows, attentive staff, good amenities

Small, but clean rooms. Ours had a small refrigerator, microwave and sink. The staff was super nice and helpful. The rooftop was a perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. The only negative is that a bunch of homeless people hang around the area.

I would stay here again. I was pleasantly surprised as my room was better than expected and the staff was nice and very helpful to all of us before our cruise to Alaska.

Excellent location! Walking distance to just about everything. Front desk was very helpful with directions and suggestions. Very quiet and room had cold a/c. Will definitely stay there again if we return.
