We loved our stay! Friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities. Super comfy bed! Highly recommend.

After our Alaska cruise we decided to stay for a couple of days in Seattle. I am so glad I have found this beautiful hotel!! It’s in a historic building so ceilings are high that makes the room spacious — be aware- no stairs. It’s very clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful!! From the very first second we felt ourselves like home! We arrived early and were greeted by Tracie, a wonderful, wonderful woman and we became friends right away! She even invited us to have breakfast or cup of coffee! We were given a room almost right away! I can’t praise enough hotel Ace- with nice breakfasts in the mornings, friendliest stuff and clean room! Also it’s a walking disaster to downtown and Space needle. If we ever come to Seattle again we will stay only in this hotel. Thank you, guys, for making our stay in Seattle so welcoming!

The room and courtyard were so charming and cozy. My bed... I travel a lot for work, and this was by far the best pillows and mattress I've had in years. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Location, care, price, and also a lovely Continental breakfast that welcomes GF options; you have my heart.

Loved the staff

Staff were lovely - helping us with luggage and staying late to receive us. Rooms are not conventional - but have you everything you could want. Breakfast was fabulous! Choices, recycling, very clean and good quality. Location is fabulous!

The location, the staff The noise, the lights on all night, the limited space in the bathroom.

Old building. Rooms were like 1950's design. It was not the way Google was showing. Average.

Great location, nice rooms. Street parking was easy and we had no issues. Front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. There’s a shared kitchen with all amenities available.

Breakfast was nice and healthy. I liked most the attitude of the great staff. Cooling in the room was not as per expectation.

My favorite thing about this place, however, was the staff. They were friendly, personable, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Autumn was particularly nice and made an excellent recommendation for a local restaurant, which was amazing. Highly recommended.

This historic hotel was great! The staff were very helpful with recommendations. Our room was nice and clean and the king bed was very comfy. The location was great and very close to our port pier 66. The only downfall with this hotel was no elevator. There are a substantial amount of stairs to climb to get in and out of the hotel. Also, stairs to get to breakfast. But, my husband went and got breakfast and brought to our room so I didn’t have to endure the stairs as I have bum knees. Also, one very important thing everyone needs to know if you do have some ailments, downtown Seattle all slops downward to the ocean. So if you plan to do some walking this is I do you need to know. This was such a great trip that we enjoyed dispite these few minor issues.

Friendliest staff ever! This is honestly the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I will definitely rebook next time I'm in Seattle :)

The staff was amazing! Big shout out for making us feel welcome and for staying late to check us in. The folks at the front desk definitely made our stay. The communal bathrooms were a concern, but there were always at least a couple available and they were always well kept. Would recommend!
-
Definitely a must stay! Me and my girlfriend flew in from Texas and staff was beyond helpful with tips and tricks about navigating Seattle. Breakfast was great, rooms were clean and well put together. I would recommend this spot for any traveler!
