It was an old Marriot. No room service. No good toiletries. Basic tiny self-service shop. Paint peeling in pool room and fake plants. It is completely overpriced.
-
Food at hotel was very expensive.

Close to Pier 66, making it an ideal place to stay overnight before an NCL cruise the following day.

This place was very clean, staff very pleasant and helpful. In a good location close to the departure to our cruise ship.

Everything was great! Will visit again

Service was impeccable!!!! Whole experience memorable. Highly recommend it!!

The location was perfect! Great access to restaurants and attractions. Rooms and hotel lobby etc were all really clean. Would have rated 5 except disappointed with pool area floors. Understanding that indoor/outdoor type areas will attract more dirt but the floor on the inside was dirty. Checked back for 4 days and no one had cleaned it. Anything that touched the floor was black! Did not want my grandson to get out of pool barefoot on that. Needs attention on some regular basis.

Few minutes from board walk, but could see water from room, as long as a cruise ship wasn't docked. Room was great, didnt interact with staff much but when grabing a drink at bar they were quick and nice and check in and out staff were nice too and helped answerquestions. There was a elevator a block down that gets you close to the market and makes one hill way easier to get up. Side note seems to be a hub for cruises so lobby can get chaotic with people and luggage.

No breakfast. Hold on amenities charges to long to fall off.

I liked the room but the staff that handles the bags where terrible

There was a parade out front so our shuttle was not able to drop us off there we had to go todo an 3-4 flights of stairs since the deltas also broken. I was not notified of a parade and when I asked at the desk I was told they did not have my email. This was a lie since they had emailed me the previous day saying they were looking forward to our stay. Everything was closed by the time we got there and there were no local places open. Had we known about the parade we could have gotten something to eat before we left the airport or in our way. The only positive thing was the the bell staff they we Amazing! Johnny and another young man helped us with bags. If there would have been no fee I would have canceled our stay that was scheduled for Aug 2nd. This has to be the worst experience ever and I have stayed in military hotels that better staffed. When I asked about getting some sort of compensation I was told the parade was a city problem not theirs. And I was given a 26.00 credit that I later found out was standard for all rooms

Great location. Close to everything. Property was clean. Staff were professional and approachable. Didn’t get my room until an hour and a half past check-in time. Several people were waiting for their rooms as well. I was told there were several late checkouts at 4:00. Check-in time is at 4:00. There is no possible way to check folks in at the same time they’re allowing late checkouts.

My only complaint about Marriott’s in general is needing more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Otherwise, a wonderful hotel.

My room faced a parking lot and the railroad tracks. When I asked for a different room, I was told no were available. Yet, people were still checking in by 10 PM, which was five or six hours after I checked in.

We arrived at the airport and took a shuttle to the hotel since I was told when I call they did not have shuttles so I made other arrangements. As our driver is ready to drop us off she tells us that due to a parade we would have to walk almost 2 blocks and down 4 flights of stairs since the elevator was broken. I will say that the young man that came up to the street to meet us was great and he tried to help but we had 4 large bags and 4 carryon bags. When we finally got to the desk I asked why we were not told about a parade and that we would be walking streets in a town we did not know after dark I was told they did not have my email and I showed him the 4 emails I got the day before and that morning of looking forward to our stay so that was a lie and I asked if there could be any compensation I was told they are a high end hotel and they cannot comp things. I explained we had reservations for after our cruise and that if it was possible to cancel and get my money back I would but he knew there was no way since I had prepaid for both before and after. Then to top it off all the places in the area we closed. Breakfast the next morning for the 4 of us was over 100.00 but I did use my 26 credit that does not even buy you 3 cups of coffee

Great hotel in a central location that can not be beat! We loved the walkability we were to a variety of attractions and sights around Seattle. We also enjoyed the pool which is a major plus when traveling with kids! Parking was a breeze with the valet and we were amazed and how quick they were to retrieve our car! Overall great stay and would recommend to others!
