The Moore Hotel

Great location close to Pikes place. Big room with decent lighting Comfortable beds There's no basic things in the room like a little fridge or a kettle/coffee machine or microwave.

I knew the hotel didn’t have an AC, but they have fans inside the closet that you can use, and to be honest you don’t really feel it the need to use the fans. We came at a perfect weather. The staff was friendly and they let us check in early. Nothing

Really big room, nice feel to the whole hotel, very nice fixtures and fittings as well. It's a great bonus to have a restaurant and bar attached next door too! The main lift wasn't working when we arrived, which is fine! Not the fault of the hotel. The annoying thing was that there was a service elevator that we could use, but the receptionist didn't tell us this, so we had to carry our large bags up 7 flights of stairs. Exhausting!

Convenient to Pikes Market, shops, restaurant. Very helpful with transportation to and from SeaTac and Pier 66. Nostalgic but could use a little more updates.

I loved the charm of this hotel. The room was large, simple, and felt like being transported back in time. Close to Pikes Market, food options (even on site options), and close tram access. I would absolutely stay here again. Nothing.

Loved location and ease of getting there from train station. Would have liked AC as the room was warmer than we like. Left window open slightly but street noise was a problem.

The hotel did not provide breakfast. However, an adorable coffee shop is just off the lobby. I had Earl Gray Lavender tea and yogurt topped with strawberry purée and granola. Delicious! This downtown Seattle hotel is very central. It was an easy walk to Pike Place Market, the original Starbucks, and other attractions. Be aware that there is a downhill walk to the Pike Place Market, and obviously an uphill walk to return! There's no air conditioning, which was clearly communicated in advance. The hotel was built in 1907, so lack of AC is not surprising. Since we stayed there in September, our room temp was comfortable. I think it would be hot in the summer, especially on the upper floors. (There is an elevator.) The biggest issue was lack of cleanliness. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the carpet seemed newer and clean, but the bathroom was not clean. I will not even say what was on the baseboard and floor. Disgusting. Someone cleaning the bathroom and not cleaning this would have to be blind. The shower was an older fiberglass type (no tub) and not in the best shape. The toilet is installed against the wall, which is not great. The hotel offers transport to the cruise port for about $15pp. We were a group of 6, and an Uber was considerably cheaper. Uber will pick you up outside the Moore Theatre next door. I would not stay again.

Location. Close to everything and walking distance to cruise port . They also held our bags after cruise as we had a late flight Nothing really. It was perfect for our needs
