It is close to Pike place, great location. no AC

Great budget friendly hotel directly in the center. No frills, basic older vibe hotel. Staff very helpful and nice. Mexican restaurant in the lobby. We stayed 1 night before a cruise. Was perfect for walking around the center.

Historic building and still the rooms were large. Beds and sheets comfortable. Doors and walls were solid because the building is old. Everything was clean. Pleasant table and chair in the double room. Shower was hot and strong. Walking distance from everything. No Air Conditioner, but there was a fan. Most months of the year this should be a problem but August can be hot. The Pike Place area and Belltown still have a homeless population. It seemed smaller than in the past, but if you're sensetive to that, this might not be the place for you.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They we very helpful with our plans and our accommodations. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Felt very safe and the staff took special precautions to make sure only guests of hotel were able to access anything outside the lobby. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy at certain times, mostly evenings. Not much the hotel can do about that, but it was a surprise to see the drug use around the hotel. I'm from a big city so I never felt unsafe, but I can see it being an issue if you've never seen it before.

Location location location! A two minute walk to Pike's Place Market and many restaurants, breweries, cafes and other attractions. Cool old school building with a lot of history. Would definitely book this again! None

I loved the location and comfort of the bed Didn’t have AC (I knew) and it’s just older. Needs to be updated. Can be scary to walk the halls. Needs to allow unlimited ppl to come even if just the reservation says one. Didn’t need to pay $13 for my one guest

Convenient luggage storage. Close to light rail and Pike Place. Very loud concert in theater below could be heard on 6th floor. Check Moore Theater schedule before booking.

Location was perfect Could be cleaner, bath/shower blocked up and took all day to get it sorted. Booked an airport pickup but never showed up and had to get a taxi. Some facilities were closed and not available at times.

Location was close to the venue for the concert I went to see, also close to Pikes place. Awesome Mexican restaurant onsite. Great food and drinks. Sketchy people come out at night.
