It was a decent place to stay.

Cute Chic/boutique hotel. Bed was comfortable. Heard every noise outside all night long. A lot to do in the area.

The location is great for first time travelers. There's alot of restaurants in the area and pike market is down the block. The hotel restaurant is great as well. Only a three minute walk to the train. A microwave in the room would have be great to have. The refrigerator is filled with drinks and placing leftover would be a pain. However the hotel and the staff were great.

Absolutely amazing. The staff is spot on and will cater to every moment.

The location of this hotel really sets it apart from others. It is genuinely a walk away from Pikes Place. Its cute decor and boutique vibe add to the overall charm. I would not advise staying here if noise is an issue as the street is loud at night. They also only have a fridge in the room which is stocked as a minibar and they only include two bath towels per accommodation. I’d stay here again but I’d avoid the restaurant (poor food for the price-numerous other better options nearby) and request additional towels prior to check-in.

The room was a bit smaller than most hotels we've stayed at.

Good stay but can get loud on Saturday nights with street noise / clubs nearby

Absolutely loved this place and its charm! Awesome location as well.

My dealbreaker complaint is that the mattresses were very old (or very cheap to begin with). These were not old mattresses, these were caved in the middle, if you know what I mean. I switched to the other bed in the room but it was in the same condition. I didn't sleep well (even though I was very tired) and woke up with a back ache. The staff member at the front desk wasn't sympathetic in any way other than to say she would pass my complaint on to maintenance. Would not give me an extra two hours late check-out either. Also, the hotel is near a street corner near Pike's Market. There was a lot of noise late into the night and the windows were not very insulated. I slept with my noise cancelling earbuds.

It is very old…one elevator, no ice machine, but you could request ice from the front desk. The front doors were hard to enter when you’re pulling suitcases or handicap. An automatic door or button should be required. For the cost of this place, it lacks amenities, such as a safe in the rooms. The small refrigerator in the room was stocked full of their beverages to purchase, we didn’t have room for our personal drinks. The bed was made without a flat sheet, but the front desk promptly delivered one, along with fresh towels. The staff were friendly and very helpful when helping us navigate around the city. There is a restaurant connected to PaliHotel. We did not eat there, prices seemed a bit high. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, closed Sundays. We enjoyed some expensive cocktails, but we had great service and delicious drinks! I probably would not stay here again.

Amenities were few and the front desk didn’t even have a disposable razor to provide upon request. Shower/toilet area very small, but perhaps that’s the tradeofffor a more spacious room. Restaurant was excellent, including service and appropriately priced.

Perfect location, nice rooms and restaurant, the library is very cool. 1900 building, very well modernized but with old world charm.

Cute little hotel!

Palihotel is a beautiful boutique hotel. Location is great to get to Pike Market, and very walkable to other activities. The only downfall, if you are sensitive to noise, can hear outside and other hotel room noises. I would recommend this hotel and if ever back in Seattle, would stay here again.

Small, boutique hotel in a great location. Clean, comfortable, big room and bathroom. Free drink tickets for the excellent bar and restaurant next door

There were a few cleanliness issues. Namely, a 'short 'n' curly' on the sheet and a stained bath mat in the room. A stained napkin and dirty water glass in the restaurant downstairs (also a chipped spout on the tea pot). 'Soundproofed rooms' is a joke. Traffic was very audible. The next morning I found earplugs in the jar that contained q-tips . . . was that meant to be the soundproofing? Carpeting had no apparent padding in the hallways or room. The rooms were decorated nicely, however the paint job was poor workmanship, for example sloppily painted trim, which sounds small; however together with everything else makes you realize you made a mistake and booked a mediocre hotel trying to look upmarket on the cheap. Other strange things like only 1 bathrobe. Oddly placed sink (not in the bathroom). Couldn't find how to turn on one of the lights and turn off one of the lamps. Style over substance. I didn't have the energy to complain at the time, as we were only staying one night and exhausted. But no interest in staying again.

Great stay - beautiful view from room.

Be at work that’s a scam. They don’t have valet parking. Also they overcharged me. I don’t know why they ended up charge me more and there’s no parking you have to park like three blocks away from the hotel just a nightmare and you have to pay extra for the parking, be aware of that.

The location is perfect - walkable to everything. It's clean and beautiful. The staff are great and very helpful! The complimentary cocktails were great. We enjoyed our stay.
