Location was brilliant We had a long flight and they refused to serve drinks, not even a tea and it was only 22:15

This hotel is in a great location and right across from the public market. The light rail station was a bit of a walk but we only took it to and from the airport. I booked the larger hotel room and was disappointed because the AC didn’t work. The windows were open when we arrived and it was warm. Since our room wasn’t cool we had to leave the windows open and it was VERY LOUD outside since there are bars nearby. I didn’t report to staff because we only stayed one night.

Reception and initial impression were excellent. Location is excellent. The bed was very soft on the outside edge and needs to be replaced. Housekeeping was terrible. Towels were replaced most days and trash was emptied, but bed was never made, toilet paper not replenished, glasses not refreshed, and coffee/tea pods had to be requested daily at front desk. It required way too much effort to simply keep the room up.

Very convenient location and nice decor throughout the hotel, including the bedroom and bathrooms. Room was small, the bed was quite soft (too soft) and overall, it was expensive for what it was.

The staff members were helpful and friendly. The location is right next to the Pike Place which made comfort an issue. It was so noisy all night , with either noise from the pier , the machines ,loading and unloading at the market, homeless people screaming outside, the rubbish collection truck .. all in all it was so bad , I had to sleep with noise cancelling ear plugs which helped with the noise but were uncomfortable so didnt help to sleep. I understand not the fault of the staff but poor choice from my end to book this place. Room is very basic. Nothing special for the price paid.

we stayed on the 2nd floor room 222 for two nights, I can only speak for this room and floor and in our opinion the room was just ok, the price seemed high as we stayed late Sept. and other hotels were less expensive but this location is excelent. But our room was extremely noisy, we acttualy checked the windows to make sure they were closed as it was so loud, it was like they were open. Put it this way the hotel supplied ear plugs in the room! Spoke with other people in the hotel and it seemed the 3rd floor was noisy but the 4th floor was better so would recommend if staying here get the top floor ( other rooms were not avallable to us) the room was resonably clean not great and the ussual dings in the walls ect. to be honest we were expecting more for the price but as they say location location location. so if you want to be close to everything downtown this is a good place but would suggest skipping the lower floors.

Location. Restaurant was excellent. Our room was next to the alley and the noise through the night was awful. Truck loading making horrific noises woke us up more than three times through the night. I knew we were in trouble when i saw ear plugs provided. We were there three nights. After the first night I asked for a different room but no one seemed to care. A shame because otherwise it was a comfortable and appealing hotel. Maybe you need new windows.

Great location near the waterfront. Comfy room with a shabby chic charm. Cozy sitting area. A little noisy due to location.
