The meh: There is one elevator and it's SLOW. The stairs are for emergencies only so this was annoying, but not a big deal. The MAJOR con: We barely slept. We'd read about "street noise" in other reviews and weren't worried about that - we're fine with city noise. But this was a steady stream of garbage trucks rumbling through the alley outside our room the entire night, and they were endlessly dumping and compacting - the most horrendous metal-on-metal, breaking glass racket that even earplugs and white noise couldn't touch. Is it a trash facility? How could there possibly be so many trucks and bins?? We finally gave up and got up for the day at 4:30am. If you choose this hotel, INSIST ON A ROOM THAT DOESN'T FACE THE ALLEY.

Excellent location with super helpful staff! The brunch at the hotel restaurant is fantastic, such a great place to meet friends, hang out, have coffee and have delicious biscuits. Cute room was well appointed and water pressure was great. Enjoyed our stay especially walking to Pike Place and having our bags kept until we could board our cruise.

Great location near Pike Market Place. Hotel parking structure was shared with car rental companies so it was easy. Across the street there is HMart for convenience. Overall great experience.

The hotel website on Expedia did not state the restaurant/bar is closed two days a week. This should have been stated, as it would have helpful to know at booking.

The location was great being close to Pike Place. The design of the room in particular the picture being on the table instead of the wall blocking the outlet that we needed. Also cleaning service did not clean our room on two days.

Great location and cute hotel. Too bad the restaurant was closed from 3-5, we were planning on happy hour!
