    Excellent location, enjoyed the restaurant.

The rooms need updating though the staff was friendly. Good location but dreary depressing room

Liquid dispensers soap, shampoo and conditioner did not work right or at all. I know everybody uses them, but I miss the bars of soap and the small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. They work every time.

Very well located and helpful staff

The elevator was always quick to arrive during our visit. One of those little things that make a big difference. Proximity to Pike Place Market was a big positive. Onsite dining was good, though a little pricey. The 15 dollar dining credit was very welcome. The room was comfortable during the day. At night, the curtains didn't quite keep out all of the light, making it always seem as if the sun was just rising, even in the middle of the night. Pillows, a very individual preference, were too soft. They would squish down to nothing, making it no support at all. . Thermostat controls were wonky, but that is an issue with the brand and not the hotel's fault. Overall a good stay

    Very clean and lovely hotel...

Great location, helpful staff. On a noisy street

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The rooms are definitely on the smaller side, so I’d recommend being prepared for that when booking. That said, you simply cannot beat the location. Being right by Pike Place Market made exploring Seattle incredibly easy, and we loved being able to walk to so much. One thing to be aware of: if you book a city-view room, it can be very noisy at night. We heard street racers throughout the night, so light sleepers may want to request a quieter room or bring earplugs. Overall, a great boutique hotel with wonderful staff and an unbeatable location. Four stars!

Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Location and proximity to Pike Market. Rooftop terrace is nice although the food was only ok and came up cold. (I didn’t complain, I was hungry and just ate it). Beautiful view of the sound from my room. Parking was rough. No valet. You have to go park in a public parking garage ($28 per night) and haul your luggage back to the hotel up the street almost a block. Minimal loading zone in front so I had to double park just to go inside and ask what to do. I wish they had someone out front to help with this. Bottle of water by the bed was $8! There is a $29 amenities fee for wifi etc, although you do get a $15 token to use in their restaurant. Kinda nickel and dime stuff. Room was small.

Location. Very small room. Roof top bar not open. Having to request mini fridge, should be in the room on arrival.

Close to where we wanted to visit Clean

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Very clean, great location, they gave us two $15 chips good for food/drink in their restaurant. Bartender was great!! We got to the hotel 45 minutes before our check-in time (4:00pm), and were told that our room was ready, and for an extra “early check-in fee” of $25, we could check in right away. Otherwise, we’d have to wait until 4:00. We asked why, if the room is ready now, can’t we just check in without the fee, and they essentially said that someone else might be come in and they could get their money. We chose to go park the car and walk around for a bit, but was inconvenient for us. This may be industry standard, but it still seemed greedy to us. We’re not used to paying the high price we paid (nearly $400 per night after taxes and fees), but realize that’s probably standard in popular areas of big cities, especially on either of the coasts.

    Great location. Staff very accommodating

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

There were zero amenities. And for the price i was hoping for more. Roof top bar was more like a balcony. Nothing to offer. Oh I forgot we got all the free long distance calls we wanted.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Crazy parking. Room and location were great, staff seemed disengaged.

    Very poor
