The service is second to none from the moment we got out of our taxi. My wife said she has never felt so important we will recommend staying here as we will when we travel back to Seattle

When I woke in the morning, the top sheet separated from the duvet revealing a large yellow stain on the duvet. Unfortunately I had unknowingly used that.

The room was great spaced and clean and the beds were amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful and true professional I would recommend the hotel to everyone great location definitely if I am back in Seattle one day wit definitely book the same place

Breakfast at restaurant was delicious and a fair price. Lobby coffee was great. Concierge was very nice and helpful. The front desk crew did a nice job of meeting my needs. Pike place market is always so fun in the summer. More coffee pods in the room. The front desk brought us some. The nest is crazy and expensive. They need a.better group managing that place and preference for hotel guests.

Unfortunately, would not recommend it. Our unit also had a window that looked directly into a concrete wall 15 ft away - very weird. Good location

Very good stay. Comfortable clean room and no issues of note. Courteous staff and helpful. Well sited - close to all things downtowns Seattle stadium. Will stay here again.

Really poor experience. In town for the World Cup- no coffee service until 6a while staff is just browsing internet. Additionally, the nest was opened to anyone. So not only to busy for guests to enjoy, but also elevator was insane wait for paying guests. The staff were quite rude considering $900/ nightly rate. Would never stay at this hotel again. I feel like Hyatt should pay me to stay at the Thompson Seattle. No quality control whatsoever. Received better service from Holiday Inn Express.
