Service was slow and staff was generally disinterested in moving quickly.

Hotel room wasn’t very clean, bathroom specifically. The Fog room was disappointing, front desk person sat on their phone as guests were arriving and server wasn’t helpful, auto gratuity doesn’t make people put any effort in . Food and drinks were okay. There was free coffee in the morning in the lobby otherwise coffee in our rooms had no options other than coffee mate. Mini fridge in the room didn’t work! Won’t be booking again.

The beds were comfortable. The room was very clean. The bathroom was well-lit and clean. The shower was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel and appreciated the à la carte breakfast - although what they give you may not cover the whole meal… but it’s a fresh tasty breakfast. Now let’s talk about “city view” - absolute lie, the city view rooms mean you level is above the car park behind, whilst the non city view are apparently facing the car park. With your city view you really just see the car park upper level. I was told no double queens face the water view. A little disappointing after paying much more for the city view.

Expedia failed to properly notify the Hotel of my reservation. I went to Seattle play the World Cup and had no place to stay.

The window faces the parking garage, which makes it seem like you're actually in the garage. No indication of this when booking. If you open the window and someone happens to be parking, you're right there with them!

Came here for Spring Break and loved it. Can't beat the location for access to Pike Market.

This place felt very luxurious. To be honest I didn’t want to go on my cruise as I loved the hotel.

Everything was good but it was expensive. The rooftop bar had good food and drinks. The valet staff and front desk staff were all good and helpful. The location was fantastic! Just a short walk from the Pikes market. The area felt safe.
