Great location! Hotel amenities are nice. They seemed understaffed. We called guest services a few times during our stay and no one ever answered. Check-in was super slow & appeared disorganized. Property shows some deferred maintenance but overall was nice. Service from Emily in the Fog Room was excellent. Cleaning staff was nice & did a good job.

This was our third trip to Seattle and the third time we have stayed at this hotel. It is so close to everything and so easy to get to. The staff and valets are wonderful.

Staff was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Hotel is in a convenient location.

Helpful staff. Comfortable room. We expected a lot more for a $500 room, including a much better view and not a parking garage.

The location is fantastic! It was easy to use public transport and get to all the tourist destinations. The room was large and well appointed. Our room had no natural sunlight since the windows were about 10 feet from the multi-level parking garage next store. We asked to move rooms several times but were denied. If you can’t book a city view, I wouldn’t stay here.

The suite we had was incredible huge bathroom huge shower with rain bath also there was a standalone huge bathtub the bed I probably could have stayed in bed all day long it was so comfortable the View was immaculate. We had a corner Suite so we saw a part of the bay which led right down to Pike's Place very accessible to walk great restaurants we're nearby and getting around on scooters was pretty fun
