Great location, except loud most of the night with the tram next to the room. Fun vibe, and very friendly staff. Comfortable bed, although the bedding was a bit too warm for me. I would recommend this place, but with those caveats.

Central location. Close to shops, public transportation and Pikes market. I liked the coffee in the hotel room which surprised me as normally most hotel room coffee suck. Didn’t realize the coffee grounds were loose in the little pod so open carefully. Lotion dispenser needs fixing but I love the tropical scents! Bed was delightful and I love the European duvets. Would stay again.

Super convenient location. Easy walk to Pike Market, The Space Needle, Amazon Spheres, restaurants and stores for toiletries and snacks before our cruise. Easy inexpensive shuttle to cruise port. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Free arcade games in the lobby kept kids busy. We would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not much. Like a old office building that got badly converted with cheap fittings. Bathrooms old. Like being in a student dorm but paying $500+ per night! Avoid this hotel!!!

Clean & quiet.

Our room was clean but the bathroom was unfinished and the TV was broken. The staff was nice although not quite informed on the details of local museums and galleries. It was recommended by a friend and it wasn't a bad stay but definitely could use some improvements.

Very cute pineapple-themed hotel, (if you hate pineapples and puppy decor, stay elsewhere)! We stayed in a basic 2-queen bed unit and our room was a little dusty, like it hadn't been used recently. The staff was helpful, and the lobby games and beverage/snack area was convenient. It was nice to have rental bikes, table shuffleboard, free water bottle/water station, and exercise room available. Our only issue might be that we walked to Pikes Place and Space Needle and after dark, probably not super wise to walk the streets.

Room was clean! 1 queen room had sufficient space, although no bathroom counter. We parked Day 1 garage which had better price than hotel. No decent/open restaurants within walking distance. Staff efficient but not friendly. Coffee drinks by barista were ok. Drink coupons a nice touch but limited selection. Would we return- maybe.
