Staypineapple, Hotel FIVE, Downtown Seattle

The beds were uncomfortable the comforters impractical. High-rise rail line right outside the window. And to make it even more enjoyable elevator broke down with us stuck in it for 20 minutes the communication key within the elevator was not operational. They renovated older Hotel with minimal amenities. Will not stay there again

The staff was super nice and helpful, the room was clean and nice. Love the robes and reusable water bottle.

I liked the location and how friendly and accomodating the staff were! I liked how soft and comfy the comforters were. The pillows were too soft.

Super easy to locate, great distance of downtown shopping, the beds and pillows were super comfortable, very clean and staff was super friendly. Great amenities too.

Checked in around 10 am, they said room wasn't ready which is understandable, said be ready by 3. This is the prob you would think if you had someone check in at 10, 1st come 1st served that u would clean that room 1st and get ur customers taken care off....nope not them wasn't even ready by 3 pm as told it would be then was told at 3 check in was 4 pm well not what your own employee said ...not good customer service in my opinion. Comfortable beds though.

Staff was awesome! Beds are very comfortable, rooms are very clean, and is walking distance to pike market place.

The room was clean and well-maintained. There was a nice coffee maker, plus plenty of cups and glasses. The view was of trees and the overhead trail line. The location is excellent, near restaurants and easy walking (just avoid the unpredicted rain showers). The room was nice and cool and quiet. Although there is no breakfast, there is a nice coffee nook in the lobby with espresso drinks (not free) to carry up to your room. The floors are bare without carpeting, which is good because they are easier to clean, but not as comfortable to walk on barefoot. They use "European" bed quilts instead of sheets and blankets, which aren't my favorite.

Location was truly the best part. Staff was very friendly and helpful with getting us transportation to the cruise port. It was very muggy/humid in the room despite having air conditioning. Also, there was a lot of dust everywhere, large dust bunnies behind chairs and under the desk which was not appreciated. The floor in the bathroom was filthy…the shower sprayed all out of the shower space. Using a towel to dry the floor turned a white towel extremely dark gray and disgusting.

Love the pineapple theme! Staff were friendly and helpful. Love the game room downstairs and the convenient healthier Chinese take out food attached to the hotel. Plenty of street parking (free after 8pm) or can park in hotel parking (for fee). Love the afternoon cookies and the free refillable water bottle and drinks coupon on checkin (includes alcoholic options). Location was convenient. Walkable to space needle and Pike place. Restaurants nearby. Would stay again. Room was cozy but clean. A bit of street noise and train rumbling; but that didn’t bother my family too much (including the 3yo).
