Love the location

Perfect location for our trip. Walkable to Pikes Place Market and the Space Needle. Lots of food nearby, whole foods as well. The breakfast worked for us. Beds were comfortable, shower was nice. Staff was helpful.

Fantastic, helpful staff. Room had a microwave, a decent sized fridge (bigger than a minibar fridge, but smaller than regular sized fridge - no freezer section), as well as a reverse-cycle aircondioner/heater. There was adequate storage for suitcases and space within the room, which meant that we weren’t tripping over luggage or ourselves when moving around the room. It was also in a quieter area of Seattle. Would definitely stay here again, when/if I return to Seattle.

Good location, nice hotel for the price. Could use a little facelift, but overall hotel is clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

My family stayed here for three nights before our Alaskan cruise. While some of the furniture in our room was a bit worse for wear, the beds were comfortable, it was clean, the location was great (about a 10 minute walk to the Space Needle), and the price was right. There was a $14 per day charge for parking, which was reasonable. There were many restaurants in easy walking distance, including a Whole Foods which had a wide variety of ready to eat and microwave meals; our room had a fridge and microwave. The room included breakfast, which was adequate; most hot food was just microwaveable, but my kids loved the hot waffles. If you need just a night or two and are looking for something budget friendly in a pretty expensive city, this hotel is a good choice.

You Can take the train from the airport to fairly close to the hotel for only $3 each!! and will only have about a 15 minute walk.

Clean room. Perfect for our downtown Seattle adventures. We were able to walk everywhere. The parking garage was gated which was great. It is located right along the center of the city, so we felt like we needed to be especially cautious when we were out and about. (Not the hotel’s fault- just the general area. The hotel itself felt safe.) I would definitely stay here again because of its great location and clean room!

I didn’t like the frozen food options because they appear to be much like frozen dinners, but the rest of the breakfast food was good.

The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The room was comfortable, but a little dated and the light in the bathroom was too dark.

Excellent location. Easy to walk to major attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Facilities are a little dated, but comfortable. Airport shuttle costs, but was convenient to have. Breakfast was decent.

This is the place to go if you want at the heart of Downtown Seattle walking distance from and to space needle. Is also near by Whole Foods Market that help you save money for food.

Good location, walkable to most places, if you can walk 15 minutes or more. Inexpensive cab or uber to popular places.

The spacious room and convenience to the fantastic restaurant one of your staff recommended (Wild Ginger) The dual sinks in bathroom vanity were continuously backed up not allowing water to drain freely!!

The hotel was nice and clean, staff were polite and professional. Overall good.

Was a great place to stay!

Good location to stay before a cruise. It was a little run down but decent enough and clean. The sofa sleeper was really uncomfortable and the pillows were in dire need of replacing. Staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was well stocked with a nice variety of items.

Breakfast was great. Laurence is very helpful and polite all the time. However, Isaac from the front desk is the complete opposite as Isaac looks like he does not like his job. He gets irritated when things is getting busy, he looks irritated and starts to become rude with guests with the way he communicates and by being rude in answering questions. I think he should not be suited to be in the front desks dealing with guests. Thanks for taking action in retraining Isaac to improve his guest service, especially when dealing with luggages. He should not be commanding guests to put their luggages in the cart so it’s ready for him to keep it in a room for safekeeping while waiting for an early check in/out.
