1 Hotel Seattle

Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised, with great amenities and a beautiful view of the Space Needle. The only minor downside was that the TV's placement partially blocked the view from certain angles. When we arrived, the TV wasn't working, but the team addressed the issue quickly and efficiently. There were a few small areas for improvement. We had received a VIP voucher for complimentary drinks, but it wasn't mentioned during check-in. Since we were only staying one night, we unfortunately didn't have enough time to take advantage of it. We also found that only decaf coffee pods were stocked in the room initially, but after we notified the staff, they promptly brought us a full bag of regular coffee pods. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated the hotel's design, atmosphere, and excellent service. The only thing to note is that, being located in the middle of downtown, it can be a bit noisy at night due to the city's activity. That said, I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a stylish and well-located hotel in Seattle.

Excellent location, friendly staff, great room with views

From the moment I arrived, despite it being late, the staff was great. Consistently friendly. I was very happy with my room, the restaurant, the bar, and breakfast. The hotel and my room were beautifully decorated. This is clearly where I’d stay if I was back in Seattle.

I loved my stay here, centrally located and great walking score. The restaurants in the hotel are delicious and we loved the breakfast! Wifi was fast, and gym was lovely. Will be back

Amazing property and stay

Awesome hotel, very friendly staff. The hotel gave us Hawaiian vibes. Can’t wait to visit the location they have over there.

Amazing, also parking is not free. It is $65 without tax every night with unlimited in and out. And there is no free parking around the hotel. But it is very nice and there are bars, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. The view is pretty and the hotel was very luxurious with many amenities.

Enjoyed the stay

Sustainability focus, in room filtered water tap in particular! Room service but upon check out this was rectified. Shower door placement in bathroom was awkward but otherwise no problems!

The esthetics of this hotel are beautiful. You are in a prime location and feels like luxury the moment you step in. Definitely would return!

You get free use of Dryp yoga studio across the street from the hotel, and it’s a great yoga studio. There is a mani / pedi nail salon nearby, and whole foods is right below. So very convenient.

I love 1hotel for their aesthetics. It’s hard to find anything similar. The location is perfect, and there is Whole Foods on the lower level. Management was super helpful, and I appreciate all accommodations that they’ve made for me. However, in terms of service, there is definitely a room for improvement. I couldn’t say that anything spoiled my stay, but if I’ll compare to other 5 star hotels, I would say that I did not like extra daily surcharges for amenities. If I can’t opt out anyway, it should be included in the room price

In terms of the actual hotel its a breath of fresh air (literally), very green and eco conscious and the room was large and airy, with a fantastic bath to ease the strain of a long holiday. Fantastic stay, if only for a night.

Good location, was walking distance to downtown Seattle. Valet parking was not included so you have to pay $70.
