The guests of the hotel quit making jokes, and the house cleaning staff were embarrsed.

Our first 1 Hotel stay was in Kauai and it was fabulous and had the same experience here in Seattle. We will come back again. Until next time.

Couple of notes, when we left the elevators weren’t working and there was no sign or notification letting us know so we waited for quite some time. Then had to walk down 5 flights of stairs with our baggage.

This is the most stunning hotel I have ever stayed at, I didn't want to leave. It's gorgeous, the beds are a dream, it's quiet, super clean but live plants all over even in your room. The staff was wonderful and the location top notch for convenience to restaurants, coffee and getting around Seattle. If I can afford it, I would be thrilled to stay here any and every time I visit.

Serving speciality coffee such as cappuccino with no tea spoons or sugars , able to change fork and knife between courses . Drift restaurant menu lunch and dinner is very badly designed limited choices full of meat items at least include one fish and vegetarian dosh the variety of very limited and not good . The breakfast on Sunday having 2 menu one from 630am till 10 am very limited the other one is after 10 am is not a good choice . Train your service staff for menu and service this hotels needs better F&B management

The room was clean and well put together! We loved that there was a triple-filtered water tap in the bathroom so we could stay hydrated during our whole trip! The staff were so accommodating and helped us get around Seattle! We loved this hotel and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful hotel and wonderful experience

Was very impressed with the atmosphere, the service, and most importantly the bed was easily the most comfortable of any stay i've had anywhere. Highly recommend if this place is in your budget.

Self parking isn’t a great option as the attached garage doesn’t allow overnight parking and staff seemed to be unaware

great hidden gem, central, good location, has an elevator that goes into whole foods for munchies. recommended.

Room was clean and beautiful. The beds were comfy and really like the Tub feature.

The hotel was extremely nice but not pretentious, the staff were inviting and helpful and geographically it was right in the middle of everything you'll wanna do in the city. This place got 5 stars because were not allowed to give it 6.

I have only positive things to say about this hotel. All the staff were absolutely amazing. The room was as advertised, and the hotel design was absolutely gorgeous.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised, with great amenities and a beautiful view of the Space Needle. The only minor downside was that the TV's placement partially blocked the view from certain angles. When we arrived, the TV wasn't working, but the team addressed the issue quickly and efficiently. There were a few small areas for improvement. We had received a VIP voucher for complimentary drinks, but it wasn't mentioned during check-in. Since we were only staying one night, we unfortunately didn't have enough time to take advantage of it. We also found that only decaf coffee pods were stocked in the room initially, but after we notified the staff, they promptly brought us a full bag of regular coffee pods. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated the hotel's design, atmosphere, and excellent service. The only thing to note is that, being located in the middle of downtown, it can be a bit noisy at night due to the city's activity. That said, I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a stylish and well-located hotel in Seattle.
