I like that there’s parking with the hotel and easy access to room The pool was smaller than we thought and it would be awesome if breakfast was included. The parking is really expensive $70 a night

Service, cleanliness, staff, well equipped room with bar fridge and microwave. It is in a bit quieter part of town as well so not as noisy as the main areas heading down toward Pike Place Market.

I expected more from Hilton! Why is the hotel parking charged for those staying in the hotel? Where is the free breakfast? Why is the breakfast so costly? Canadians are avoiding tourism to USA so I would try to do something better to attract us.

The staff were competent, polite and immediately helpful. (Thanks!) We were very happy with the size and amenities of the room.

The check-in system was down and it took almost 2 hours to get our room. The staff were kind and apologetic but offered no bonuses for the wait. The rooms were clean and quiet but the beds were springy. The location was nice.

Very clean, I felt safe, nice lobby and room. Front dest staff were slow at check in and it was a long wait. When I checked out the person was in the phone so I gave them our 2 key cards not knowing I needed one to exit the parking lot. I had to leave my vehicle at the exit and run back into the hotel and wait because there was only one employee. I was able to flag down another and she made gave me a card to exit. Parking was expensive. Also, the coffee carafe in the lobby was empty and a staff went to get more but after a few minutes we had to leave without any coffee

Staff was rude Egzi did not do her job and the stay was unpleasant

Pool was great. Very clean. Breakfast was yummy. Dinner was fine. No real neighborhood to explore. No nearby restaurants. One night dinner in hotel restaurant was great- hamburger, next night not so great - salmon. This hotel was VERY expensive in comparison to other Hiltons.

Allowed for a very late check-in and assisted with travel to the cruise terminal. More food options not just vegan options for breakfast
