I requested a firm pillow after the first night and the front desk had no idea what I meant. The restaurant was overpriced ($27.95 each for breakfast buffet of basic fare) and tasted reheated. We ate there for 1 dinner and 1 breakfast due to sheer necessity. The pool is old and so tiny. 3.5ft at its deepest and maybe 10ft across? Fine for young kids to splash around but the pictures were deceiving. Housekeeping only ever gave us 3 bath towels even though 4 people were listed on the reservation. Common areas were nice and well maintained. Definitely overpaid for what it was due to World Cup and Blue Jays games but also feel duped by previous good reviews and decent star rating. Would recommend only if it’s cheap and on a tight budget-otherwise avoid entirely.

Clean room

Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay to watch the world cup. Hotel was kids friendly and they loved the stay!

Kind of what youd expect from a Hilton Garden Inn Hotel. Well situated. The parking was exorbitantly expensive. $70 a night. You are better off trying to find local parking elsewhere.

cerca de restaurantes, area segura, personal amable, lo unico que no me gusto mucho fue el desayuno, era simple y ya.

Great service
-
This hotel only has breakfast , they don’t have a restaurant or room service , after 10 pm there is hardly any places you can grab food or drinks . The staff was nice , how ever the ice machine was broken in our level and was not fixies after 3 days .

Only ate dinner (2) food was good, but our server was great!

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location—we were able to walk everywhere during our FIFA World Cup 2026 trip. The rooms were spotless, modern, and had beautiful showers. Parking was convenient in the attached garage (for a fee), and the breakfast was delicious (also for a fee). The only downside was that the front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful during check-in. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the downtown core, but it was manageable for us. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The property was fairly clean, though I'm not sure how old the hotel is. We didn't get a chance to use the gym or pool because we were busy, but we had a quick look and both seemed nice. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. If you're looking for a good value option and don't have a large hotel budget, I'd definitely recommend it. If budget isn't a concern, I'd probably choose somewhere a little closer to downtown next time.

Great experience. A little outdated. Staff was great!

Close to everything.

There is minimal (and I mean minimal) space to park to check in and out, if it's busy you may have to wait to get in and out of the underground parking garage because it can get blocked. Confusing keycard setup to exit too. I had to help multiple people leave. Again, not the worst stay ever and at least it's in a somewhat walk-able area, but the parking situation is awful.

Clean property with friendly staff.

This was easy walking distance to the convention center and shopping. Would stay here again.

Great stay

For an overnight trip it was perfect for us. On site dining and bar made it more convenient for us. The hotel also had a shuttle to our port for $12 per person. Nice unexpected service. Room was clean and staff was very accommodating.

Great place and location.

We went for breakfast on Saturday, June 13 at 9:40 (breakfast was until 10:00)The waiter stated we should hurry and order because the kitchen was closing. We ordered quickly but the water was not attentive after that. It was odd that he said to hurry but two couples and a single man came after 10 a.m. and they allowed them to order. That was our only bad experience at the hotel.
