SpringHill Suites by Marriott Seattle Downtown/South Lake Union

The front desk staff was awesome. They held our luggage because we got there early. We are a family of 6 and was very happy with our stay.

I would definately come back for another stay if i have a travel plan to seattle.

Rooms were clean. Check in took a ridiculous amount of time for the number of ppl in line. Decent underground parking. Breakfast was okay, not the greatest

El personal siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar de la mejor manera. Algunos cómo Tai y las dos señoras de la limpieza siempre fueron extraordinarios, y estuvieron ahí con una sonrisa. También la gente del desayuno algunos más serios y otros sonrientes, pero siempre listos para ayudar. Definitivamente tienen muy bien servicio al cliente. Felicito a todo el personal. Gracias.

Great location staff was excellent and breakfast was perfect. Would definitely stay at this property again and recommend this place.

Overall, the property was decent. However, the TV and phone in the room did not work and the onsite parking was pricey ($45 a night).

The property was clean and nice. However the service was lacking. It was the 4th of July and during the World Cup so the hotel was slammed, but they ran out of pillows. How does a hotel run out of pillows!!! We had to call several times for bedding to make up the pull out bed in the king room even though they knew we had four people in the room. They also only provided towels for two people. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was tasty but SUPER busy and understaffed. We went out for the entire day, and when we came back to our room completely exhausted, it had never been serviced and the towels still never came for all four of us.

Breakfast was good waffles eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, bagels, toast, coffee, juices, yogurt it was very efficient and very clean.

Room was decently clean. Needed more pillows and they were delivered promptly. The sheets had a rip in them that wasn’t discovered until we were going to bed. The AC didn’t work super well so the room was hot all night.

The suite met our needs and the buffet breakfast was good. Paid extra for two windows and got great views of the freeway and its noise. With the one way streets, not really easy to access.

Overall we were quite satisfied with the location, services and the staff

Bathroom floods when using the shower. No pan in the shower so water goes everywhere and doesn’t drain away properly.

Great venue!! Close to downtown

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I had to call to get some cleaning done when we first arrived. And the extra bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The hotel was clean and the services was also good, the only thing was the elevator took so long to come
