Had a great experience

Superb

You got a decent breakfast….checkin staff was nice Terrible neighborhood, around the corner bums loitering the dirty streets, only one pizza restaurant but you had to pass the bums. You had to walk 15 minutes crossing busy streets to get the bus to midtown. No coffee offered in lobby only water. Two packets of terrible coffee in room. Minimum amount of towels and toilet paper, staff makes up room every other day. Quite a distance from cruise ships. Entrance on side street with heavy traffic.

Breakfast selection and variety was great but not enough GF options ALL front desk staff we worked with were friendly and super helpful. Breakfast options for GF Oatmeal was way too watery Not enough fresh fruit offered Hard boiled gag would’ve been helpful for GF Ran out of coffee more than one day Not enough staff during busy breakfast time Coffee station was very awkwardly situated

Great location, close to highway which makes it easy to approach. Breakfast was good with decent variety. Rooms were comfortable and spacious for a family. Hotel had small gym and laundry facilities, they were good. Staff was very friendly.

First there was the grinding and hammering all day until 9pm. Finally complained and they said construction was ongoing daily but was supposed to stop by 5pm. Nothing they could do about it. Spare blanket was stained. Conditioner in shower was empty. Location was really rough. People homeless everywhere and some on drugs. Photos are from hotel room window of someone passed out next to garbage bin and someone graffitiing the wall. Seriously horrible experience!

Close to prime landmarks Nothing it was great.

The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The night manager was particularly warm and kind. The rooms are basic but clean and functional.

Not clean

Well, I always book a hotel for convenience. The location was ideal as everything was in walking distance. We actually walked from the train station to the hotel and found it with no problem. The room was clean, spacious and modern- no complaints. We received excellent service with a smile. Breakfast was top-notched- food was excellent and the variety was nice. Unfortunately, my husband complained that coffee was limited. We walked and caught the local bus everywhere. It was a wonderful experience at SpringHill.

Close to the main attractions. I booked and prepaid for a room for four guests – three adults and one teenager. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived to find the room prepared for only two people: one made-up double bed and only two towels. At around 4:00 p.m., I asked reception for bedding for the sofa bed and additional towels. Nothing was delivered. When I asked again at 8:00 p.m., the receptionist was unfriendly and told me to look in the closet, saying that in America guests are expected to make up sofa beds themselves. The closet contained only one comforter and one pillow without a pillowcase. After my third request, a housekeeper finally brought the missing bedding and towels, but simply left them on the sofa for us to make the bed ourselves. I have stayed in many hotels across the United States, often as a family of four, and have never experienced this before. If a room is booked and paid for four guests, it should be properly prepared for four guests upon arrival. After such a long journey, having to repeatedly ask for basic bedding and towels was disappointing, uncomfortable and completely unnecessary.

We stayed her for one day prior to our cruise. It was clean and spacious, and close to everything! This is such a great deal! Definitely would stay again!

Nice room clean

An indoor pool would have been nice.

When I walked into the room , it smelled like someone had cooked some strong smelling food and the smell would not go away. The bed sheets were worn and needs to be replaced soon - and this is coming from someone that is frugal. The shower stall while clean and well maintained leaked like a sieve . No matter how tightly I closed the rolling doors water spilled out and left puddles to step out into. Popcorn ceiling speaks about how dared this place is. I m a frequent Marriott traveler , but I won’t be going to this particular Springhill Suites . It needs to be updated soon .
