SpringHill Suites by Marriott Seattle Downtown/South Lake Union

Room was decently clean. Needed more pillows and they were delivered promptly. The sheets had a rip in them that wasn’t discovered until we were going to bed. The AC didn’t work super well so the room was hot all night.

The suite met our needs and the buffet breakfast was good. Paid extra for two windows and got great views of the freeway and its noise. With the one way streets, not really easy to access.

Overall we were quite satisfied with the location, services and the staff

Bathroom floods when using the shower. No pan in the shower so water goes everywhere and doesn’t drain away properly.

Great venue!! Close to downtown

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I had to call to get some cleaning done when we first arrived. And the extra bed wasn’t very comfortable.

We have 4 littles and SpringHill Suites was the perfect place for us. The room was spacious, all of us slept comfortably— (thanks to the trundle twin sofa bed and full blackout curtains), and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! Bathroom was clean, front desk was helpful in accommodating the needs of our family, and being a nursing mama, it was super convenient having a sink and fridge. Microwave made it easy to heat up leftovers for our littles. The desk was also great since my husband needed to complete and print some documents. There was also a smart TV that you can use to log into YouTube or Netflix. Great stay for our family. We will definitely stay here again

The hotel was clean and the services was also good, the only thing was the elevator took so long to come

Very nice room and a great breakfast in the morning

The staff were very helpful during our stay at the hotel for the weekend. The hotel location is close to everything that Seattle has to offer. The breakfast was included with our stay as well as parking provided with a fee. However, the hotel room was clean but, the housekeeping service was every other day and not daily. A person can request extra towels or wash clothes however for the price for three days. I believe daily housekeeping should be provided. In addition, the WiFi was not strong during our stay either.

Breakfast options were limited for vegetarians. The parking space was not used. It was close to the conference area. Nothing as such. Although it was a conference trip, I believe the price was on the higher end.

Nothing I booked a two double room for 3 women, and we arrived to find a king bedroom because they said their doubles were already taken.

Breakfast was my kids’ favorite. Close proximity to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. Missing a pool. I wish they had coffee available longer during the day.

Greta location and clean room. The only downside was the parking fee of $45/night/car.

The staff was incredibly helpful securing transportation to the cruise port! There wasn’t anything about the stat that we didn’t like. The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was good. It was within walking distance to Pike Place Market too.

Hotel and staff were great, the area was ok. Would have like some closer dining options
