Excellent location and price. Room was clean and roomy with two rooms. AC was refreshing. There was no outlet in bathroom for hairdryer but I used the lamp from the other room that had outlet which reached the bathroom.

From the front desk to cleaning and maintenance crew, the staff is wonderful. The front picture on their add is very misleading with a background of large shiny building and a sign upfront with gourmet coffee and breakfast. The shiny tall building is a background not the actual property. "breakfast" is more like few snacks and yogurt in the a small fridge under the counter. The building is very old but they are trying to maintain it, parking is free but don't expect to have a quite night because every conversation or siren can be heard as if you are outdoors. Simply put, the property is misleadingly presented with nice pictures and wordings. I would not go back recommend it to anyone who want to enjoy a nice quite stay, especially families.

Rooms were very clean and staff really friendly and helpful
-
The bathroom was really awful hard to adjust the shower The rooms are very small There’s no elevator so be warned The other good thing was the parking was free Snug but free
-
Place was cheap and got the job done. It wasn’t anything amazing and the parking lot and street were super loud all night even with the window shut. The breakfast is like a couple of packaged pastry things and like some granola bars. About what you’d expect for the price!
-
Not worth $290 a night. On the bright side, walking distance to Pike place market & the Seattle monorail.
-
Property was more like a motel than a hotel. Photos were misleading
-
Best staff ever. They helped us out alot. Amazing location decent cleanliness. Rooms are on the smaller side.

He said parking was free, but didn’t give me a pass to put in my car and I got a ticket. I was pissed! Thankfully, the woman at the desk in the morning said she would take care of it. Parking is below and filled with discarded equipment, elevator didn’t work so I had to lug two suitcases up the narrow stairs. The room was small, not maintained well and smelled like bleach. The electrical outlets used multi outlet splitters and I doubt that the Fire Marshal would approve.

This is a motel. There are no elevators. I am a senior citizen with mobility challenges and heavy luggage. I was booked on the 3rd floor. The check in clerk carried my luggage upstairs for me and someone was sent to carry my luggage down for check out. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was a long strand of hair on the beautifully folded towel. The bathtub and sink fixtures (faucets) were old and corroded. The blinds in the window didn’t fit. There was 4-6 inch space on the left side of the window that was left uncovered by the blinds. Anyone could look into my room. There was no way for me to cover it. I was afraid to go to sleep. The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and arranged for my transportation to pier 66.

The staff was so beyond kind, i enjoyed my stay here at Dylan’s hotel. My only issue was that there was hair that was on the bed as well as in the shower.

It’s ok but I don’t recommend
-
Rooms are to small for the prize.
-
good location for affordable price
-
Nothing I didn’t stay it was not at all what was advertised and for the price. I want my money back. Awful
-
It was a good value given World Cup
-
The property is out dated but clean and in working order. It’s also in a very good area of the city. Very nice and helpful people too. I highly recommend it.
-
Staff was friendly, parking seemed secure, but the room was outdated and kind of sketchy.
-
The location is great if you want a downtown location. The room wasn’t great. The blinds did not cover the entire window and so people could see into our room if they wanted to. The morning coffee and snacks were good enough and appreciated. I would only stay there again if there were no other affordable options.

While the room was clean, the amenities were lacking. The breakfast wasn't anything special & the room could definitely be updated. It appeared that most things were jerry-rigged and that the bathroom was not well kept. The staff was nice, however.
