Clean and staff very helpful especially Lupita at the front desk. Sites nearby very walkable and enjoyed tremendously.

Breakfast was very good. It could use some muffins or pastries'. Good location. We were there for seven days. Most of the days only one elevator in the lobby was working. A real problem when many cruise passengers are leaving at the same time!
-
Breakfast was good. The gentleman who checked me in was super helpful and friendly. Would have liked the second elevator to be working or that the elevator was faster.
-
The wait for the elevators was so long that I had to take the stairs.

Conner helped set up transportation from the airport and to the Pier for our cruise. Staff was kind and helpful and held our bags; they contacted us as soon as our room was clean.
-
Breakfast was simple, not much variety, so it was okay. Food menu remained the same for my 2 days stay. There is only one main lift near the lobby and it is pretty slow waiting for it.
-
It's very close to Seattle Center (10 mins walk) Staff were accomodating. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. When we first got inside our rooms, AC was not turned on. It was hot inside so we had to wait a few minutes in the hallway. The room also had a very bad body odor smell when we first got in but when the room cooled it went away. However, that odor stayed inside the bathroom.
-
There was only one elevator working and common sense is the capital of Washington so everyone cruises so waiting 20 minutes for a elevator ride was ridiculous
-
The lift is really slow and the breakfast room is too small but there is nothing that really has a negative impact on your time :)

Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Great stay and very helpful staff

The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, and Olympic Sculpture Park, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and we had a larger bathroom than we've ever experienced before. On-site parking is available for a fee, but we found free street parking after 8:00 PM. A huge bonus for long-term travelers is the guest laundry facilities on-site. Long elevator wait times, especially during check-out.

Very friendly and clean! Great location.
-
Clean, convenient One elevator working
-
Great place but the elevators were awful. Only one working and there always a line. Took the stairs every time. Great location and good breakfast.
-
The cleanest and easiest way to get to the port.. Customer service was outstanding.. Nothing

The breakfast offerings included scrambled eggs, some mornings pork sausage, bacon and chicken sausages as well as potatoes. Two kinds of bagels, waffles, cereals and oatmeal kept everyone happy. Our room size was a comfortable space and the bathroom was quite large. The location was convenient for us to walk to the Chihuly Museum and a bit longer walk to the waterfront. We enjoyed several restaurants about 10-15 minute walk away. (FYI) Assagios is an excellent Italian restaurant not too far away. Breakfast room can be crowded depending on the time of your visit.

Perfect location Elevators often took a long time to come. Took the stairs
