Great breakfast! Clean room and friendly staff

Friendly staff. We were going to World Cup and got an early checking which was great.

The cost of the stay is certainly not in line with the cleanliness and value of the property. Yes, it was conveniently located to the piers for a cruise departure, but the property seemed rundown, and I would not stay there again. The staff was friendly and helpful but the room and the hotel itself was not worth the cost

There was very little hot water. I understand it was a full house but I have never had a problem with hot water anywhere else. We mentioned it after the first night but it was no better for the 2nd night

First time to Seattle. Teenage daughter wanted to go to pike place the most. Parking is tight everywhere. We drove down to the market the first day, inconvenient. We used the scooters the next, made it so much better to get around especially with all the hills. Seattle is definitely a walk or ride scooter/bike friendly and makes it so much more enjoyable. Hotel pricey for what it is but all about location. Would do it again for location.

The staff was very accommodating. We embarked from a cruise. Our rooms were not ready yet so they stored our luggage until our rooms were ready. They also provided places to go to check out and enjoy.

Clean and centrally located For the money paid for the room, many items were sub-par. Bed, towels, TP. No fan the bathroom. Room small.

AC was broken when we checked into our room. Air temperature 56F. Maintenance man fixed the problem but took a while to warm up. Parking spaces very narrow.

I would definitely come here again.
