A very lovely hotel with a lot of character. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to Seattle.

First time staying in this hotel chain, and for my surprise we had a great experience. I didn't know what to expect when I was doing the booking, because of the larger family rooms that they offer. The rooms are big and comfortable, with ample space of a family with luggage. The food, cafe, and full bar options at the lobby are perfect and what you need when traveling with your family. Prices for these services are very reasonable and great quality, like a true expresso machine for a great morning coffee. I will definitely stay here again, and you should give it a try.

The restaurant nor bar are open all day, but other than that, this was a great place to stay.
-
Fun spot to stay in a good location. We’d stay again.
-
This was our second time staying at this hotel, and we were once again very pleased.

Staff were friendly upon check in. The property was clean. The suite was spacious for a family of 5 and it was really nice that it came with a microwave. The pool is small, but the kids really enjoyed the pool floaties that were available.

Location is both good and bad. It is a 10 minute walk to the Seattle Center where the museums and Space Needle are located as well as the Monorail ($4) that takes you to Westlake Center (commercial district) and a short walk to Pike Market Place. And a 20 minute walk to Lake Union. That's good. The bad part is the hotel is located in a boring neighborhood with few restaurants and only bar and pub food nearby (we had a fantastic happy hour burger at McMenamins Queen Anne and a lesser one at Cairde Public House Bar). The restaurant at the hotel was barely adequate. It had a limited breakfast menu and sandwiches for lunch, no diner menu. The room was OK. Laminate floors, stuffed with two queen size beds, boring window with an air conditioning unit underneath. The beds each had two individual duvets and no sheets. The water was hot and soap dispensers on the wall. Your basic hotel room.

Excellent hotel for the family within walking distance of Seattle center and the space needle.
-
This hotel is a hotel. Everyone should stay at. Not only is it kid friendly it’s pet friendly. From their yummy pineapple cookies that they have available for free every night to their bar and restaurant on site, it is a restaurant that’s fun to stay at and convenient
-
Thought breakfast was included. Not and was disappointed. Everything else was wonderful. Loved the location near to everything
-
Only downside was the compulsory $35 US per day charge for 'amenities'. Have never been charged that at any hotel I've ever stayed at. Should have been notified when the room was booked.

Quirky with the pineapple theme. Room was clean. Bistro food was great. Complimentary Pineapple cookies-Delicious!! Small pool. Shower not hot. No vending machines, soda machines or an ATM. Coffee machine needs directions lol- not a Keurig type.
-
Very cool stay. Very close to Climate Pledge Arena. Good amenities at the hotel and the pineapple theme was neat.
