The beds need to be updated, hotel employee and the late night lady that worked the graveyard shift, are amazing, The beds need to be replaced

They still haven't refunded my deposit Ave I badly need that money

The location. It was quaint (older building) It was freezing in there. It was very loud all night long on a Wednesday night. I would recommend it if you had ear plugs and called ahead to tell them to turn the heat on especially since it was 18 degrees that night

With exception to initial impression, staff was very friendly. Great location. Was able to walk to a lot of Seattle's biggest attractions from this hotel. Also,the Inn has a lovely little courtyard to decompress in after all the sight-seeing. If you prefer hard beds, you will be delighted. My guy does and slept better here than he has in a long time. Also, the company of a furry creature was a bit unwelcome but certainly not a deal breaker.

This hotel was very unique and... vintage Sketchy bathroom and we got lost trying to find the breakfast (it's in a different building)

Staff was wonderful and for an older building, it was kept up very well. Few extravagant amenities (but breakfast was of high quality), so it was perfect for a simple, clean and friendly place to stay. Great job! My door stuck a little, and since this was a minor imperfection, no complaints of any substance. Best wishes!

It's close to Space Needle. One of the staff was not professional. She was sitting and smoking on a bench while we were at the check-in counter. We had to wait for her finishing cigarette. Later, I saw her yelling to other guests loudly.

only the location. Age, layout of building, no elevator, not enough rooms on first level for older guest who can't tolerate stairs. Parking area not next to hotel. Parking too far away from hotel itself, especially for older guest with mobility problems.

Location The room was not very clean. The room needed to be painted (wall and ceiling paint was peeling excessively). The drain for the shower did not work. The shades were not effective when the AC was on.

It was in a great location for the conference I was attending with convenient walking distance access to dining and entertainment. A group of homeless people set up camp outside the window talking loudly. The cold water didn't work in the shower. Hotel staff failed to fix the water problem. The room was never serviced/clean during my stay.

The hotel was within walking distance of the space needle. It was great! I have nothing but good words for the Inn at Queen Anne and I will definitely be staying here on future trips to Seattle.
