Staff and property were excellent

Breakfast was very basic. Not much choices Breakfast and the Heater was very loud

It was the perfect location to get on a cruise ship. We came in a day early so you walked all around Seattle and seen some sites. Wife loved it. Was a little pricey but was good for us. Could have had a shuttle from the airport. That would have been nice

The location is great to the Seattle City Center. We walked over there daily and it was only about a 12-15 walk. We did walk to Pikes Place and back. It's a couple of miles so you need to be prepared for that. Took

Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The housekeeping staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was meh. Very bland. Typical American fare. After trying the free breakfast the first day we went out to breakfast for the remainder of our stay (8 days). The staff at the desk was the most disappointing. Not at all welcoming or friendly or helpful. They were never present at the desk (you had to wait for them to appear) and they were not accommodating. Please teach them to smile and act like they're glad you're here.

Exceptional

We stayed there before our cruise and the staff was very helpful with our needs and the shuttle to the ship was perfect! Location was outstanding for walking and nearby restaurants, Pike Place and the parks and bike paths along the shore.

Loved the noon checkout time!

The room was spacious and clean. Paid for a BAY VIEW room, looked out at the Omeros building across the street. Cool. For the price of the stay plus parking and pet fee, you'd think we were closer to Pike Place.

Great place to stay when going on a cruise. So close! Breakfast was okay. Nothing special. Pub next door was good and a lot of fun to watch sports. Good place to hang out.

Good The staff after my call down to the front desk, sent a technician that couldn't speak English. The technician on his phone typed in wè can not shut the exhaust fan, and it was so loud no one was able sleep. What the staff should have done was move up, but they did nothing!

We enjoyed our time here no noice and really neat and close to everything little pricey but totally worth it .

Help deck people are excellent in service.

I booked a room, and as soon as I got there they said they didn’t have the room available. Had to leave and find a last minute hotel
