Room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c works great. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Room was spacious and clean. Good location to Space Needle and Cruise Pier. Nice that it had a mini kitchenette. Would stay here again.

Property is on the older side but very clean. Bathroom was recently updated and very nice. If you have a cruise they will provide a shuttle for you at $10 per person. Had no problems with our stay and it was very nice.

Perfect location away from the crowds in the center, but easily accessible by bus or even walking. Beds were super comfortable and room is well appointed. We took advantage of the rooftop area to enjoy a view of the city with a bottle of wine.

The rooftop patio was amazing. The carpet smelled a little old, the window screen was torn, and there was significant police activity right outside of our 1st floor room.

Our favorite hotel in Seattle. The rooftop deck offers a fantastic view of the Seattle skyline and Mt. Rainier.

The rooftop patio area was warmly decorated with ample seating and great views of puget sound but unfortunately, there were no table mounted umbrellas for shade from the sun. Our stay was during a 90°+, sunny stretch of days which limited or ability to enjoy it fully. The underground parking was a big plus also. Overall I'd give it a solid B+ rating compared to the 5 star hotels I'm more accustomed to staying in. There was no usable balcony room avaliable either.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel also has a pleasant little rooftop terrace for guests to use. The location was very convenient, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and the waterfront within easy reach. Overall, a good and enjoyable stay.

The location was great and close to most things. The staff was incredible,friendly and helpful.the pillows were small but the bed was comfy. Things are in fine shape but a little bit outdated.you get a coffee maker, fridge and microwave! I would totally come back. It’s nice the fanciest of bedroom amenities however they have so much like courtesy coffee and water and the fitness center and shuttle service for only 10 bucks to the cruise port make this a no brainer.

Great location to visit the Chihuly museum and the Space Needle. Easy public transportation access.
