Great stay! Roof top deck was beautiful. Close to restaurants and climate pledge. Nice hotel. Staff was friendly.
-
Room and staff were good! Comfy bed and decent view from room and rooftop. The exercise room was well equipped but not maintained: the TVs didn’t work, the fan didn’t swivel, hand sanitizer was empty. The neighborhood has very diverse conditions from homeless people to beautiful apartments and museums.

We truly enjoyed our stay, we so thankful that the staff was able to get us in our room a little earlier.
-
Room was always clean, staff helpful. Property in walking distance to stores and restaurants

The property is good and in a good location if your getting set to go on a cruise or see the space needle. Only thing is wish there was more info provided about the rooftop bar, surrounding attractions, and if you plan to use the shuttle, know that it is $10 per person and cash only.

Room was ok. Expected more for the price. A little dated. Waking distance to Seattle Center. Just mediocre restaurants on Queen Anne street. Didn’t venture too far as we questioned the neighborhood. Homeless people sleeping on benches in Seattle Center. Didn’t feel unsafe, just uncomfortable.

Bathroom totally remodeled.

Todo estaba muy limpio! Eso me encantó...

The location was excellent. Many near by restaurants that were excellent.

Great location! 10 minutes to the port and a shuttle available for $10. So many restaurants! Loved Mecca Cafe for breakfast and it’s within a block. Easy walk to Space Needle, Chihuly Garden, IMAX. Lovely view from the rooftop terrace. Staff is helpful and efficient, and very kind.

Very clean and comfortable beds. Great location for getting around town.

Negative: Sketchy neighborhood at night. World Cup price gouging. Also, the hotel sent an email saying I could ALWAYS cancel with a refund. But when I tried, they said no. Also, Expedia claimed I could get a room upgrade, but the hotel said the room was already upgraded. However, it was only a standard room and there were clearly better ones with balconies.

Great stay!

Helpful staff and clean. Love the Nespresso machine in the room. 1 block from Seattle Center. Safeway is 1 block away.
-
The room was sparkling clean and we actually used the air conditioner which is rare in Seattle. We used the microwave and the room coffee machine which makes excellent coffee.
-
The staff was exceptionally helpful storing our luggage while they finished getting the room ready ad providing recommendations for things we could do close to the hotel. The onsite parking garage was well worth the overnight parking fee and we were quite comfortable with the security that parking opportunity provided. The room was clean and comfortable and the in-room safe added an additional degree of security for some of our item while visiting sites throughout the city. Proximity to many of the most viewed sites was great since we were able to walk to the Space Needle and the Monorail which is a quick and reasonably priced way to get to the Pike Market. All-in-all a great place to stay in Seattle.

The rooftop was splendid!!! When I stay in the Fall or Winter, it often isn't warm enough to stay up on the glorious rooftop. This time, the flowers were in full bloom, the views of Elliot Bay were dazzling with sparkling water, soft breezes and plenty of seating. Many people bring a glass of wine and a snack to enjoy up there. A delightful experience!

This is a great hotel to stay at before a cruise!
