EVEN Hotel Seattle Downtown - Lake Union by IHG

Good location in north downtown Seattle area. Accessing the property was very challenging: there is a VERY short driveway to 'park' for 10 minutes to check in but it is so short that only two cars can park at the same time so if a 3rd guest wants to park for a few minutes to check in/check out there is no room. Accessing the garage to temporarily park to check in/check out is counter intuitive and the parking spaces are too small for even a compact car so NO room for a SUV to park!! The phone number to call the this Seattle hotel does NOT work (206-596-2302) so NOT possible to call and speak with a person prior to checking in to ask a question. And, I sent my question via Expedia 3 times and NEVER received a response. $4.00 coffee, really? Paying close to $300/night should get me at least cheaper coffee. The tables in the 'common area' were sticky and dirty and clearly had not been cleaned.

Was there for 4 nights, my room was not attended too, I was making the bed and emptying the trash cans, I am a very tidy person and I get the " Environment Thing" (SAVING MONEY) using the same dirty bath towels over again for 4 days, again I am good with that, but for 4 days my room was not attended too? I will say that the staff and management were very friendly and accommodating. Clean the rooms

I stayed one for one night for a concert but the little time I did stay at the hotel. It was great. The room was cleaned. Bed was comfortable. staff was nice. I like they had a mini market inside of the hotel that was available 24/7. The food at the restaurant was great!! I ordered a burger and honestly, it was the best burger I’ve had in a very long time! I honestly do not have anything negative to say. I would definitely come back again to stay.

The property was situated in a good area which felt very safe at all times, even late at night. It also had good amenities and was very clean.

Convenient location, and friendly staff.

Started out good with our room ready earlier than standard checkin time but went downhill from there. Bed was comfy and room was overall nice but there was a lot of street noise. Every time we left for the room to be cleaned it wasn’t so we ended up asking for extra towels and toilet paper. Some staff members were more helpful than others so the experience really depended on who was on shift and paid attention. Probably won’t be going back to this hotel again

Staff was very very friendly, location / value excellent for closeness to tourists attractions.

Price was better than other hotels in the area, the staff were nice and friendly at check in and they refunded our parking because it was supposed to be free parking when we booked without an issue. The beds were nice, the shower was great once we figured out how to use it. Could have used a garbage can and recycling bin in the room. We will definitely use this hotel again. Close to a lot and we were able to walk to our venue in about 25 minutes stopping for dinner on the way.

Great hotel, conveniently located Nothing, stay was excellent

TV remote in my room did not work, and the issue was not resolved in a timely manner. Overnight parking was $56, including taxes, with no EV chargers available. Not a great value for the $$.
