Motel 6 Seattle, WA - Sea-Tac Airport South

Front desk was very rude. She commented that I was probably at the wrong place before I even handed her my ID. She also commented that she was about to lock the door when I got there. It was 8:58 pm. When I walked in, she just sat there staring at me from the back until I said, “Good evening, I’m here to check in.” Total attitude from the front desk person. I ended up being at the correct location. She finished the check in by saying “Close my door on the way out”. Right before her Popeyes chicken order arrived. Lazy, unprofessional behavior from someone in the hospitality industry.

Your clerk at front desk was smiling all the time and very helpful! Room was very nice . I was glad to see a place to set down for the shower!!

the bench in room 106 was not fix right

There was a lot of loitering around the outside of the building. The room smelled terrible.

This place was absolutely despicable the staff is the absolute worst I will NEVER stay here again and frankly after EXPEDIA REFUSED to help me after being treated so horribly by the members of this staff I will not be booking any further trips or stays thru Expedia nor will any of my family r friends may not sound like much but they have family and friends and so on so yeah Expedia u messed up , after staying at the hotel for over a week and the staff having never re written my $100 deposit receipt for the new room I had moved into a black female employee and I with something against blonde hair blue eyed white men began yelling at me not screaming but had her voice elevated as tho she was trying to “make an example out of me ‘ I had patiently waited for her to get to me as I let two other people she was having an ongoing conversation with go ahead of me , I was checking out and just needed to get my cash deposit if $100 , she remedially caught an attitude with me as I said elevating her voice to yelling but only thirds me ? I never raised my voice or said anything out of line to this woman , she belittled and badgered me and began verbally assaulting me in ways that I will not say here as I have far more respect for my myself . All because I simply said and didn’t even get it out complete before she had cut me off , when she asked for my receipt. I tried telling her a new one was never written , I wasn’t allowed to speak as she cutme off verbally assaulting me for 20 mins.

I been stayed one night my daughter and I don’t have entertainment access we ask for WiFi but the staff refused bad communication skills they started blaming us the next day I made decisions to change better hotel

Not so good of an experience. I stayed here three nights due to flight cancellations. The check-in process was smooth, and the night staff was exceptional. However, the morning supervisor was VERY rude. Early in the morning, they had staff cleaning carpets in the hallway. A housekeeper came to my door not realizing I was a stay-over guest. She didn’t believe me, which was fine. I waited for her to verify the information, and once she did, I closed the door. Before I could even sit down, she knocked repeatedly. She had the supervisor on her personal phone, and I could hear the supervisor chewing me out, saying that next time I needed to go to the front desk and let them know I was staying over. The supervisor was LITERALLY walking toward my room while saying this, so everyone in the hallway could hear the conversation. She repeated the same thing THREE times. I was in disbelief. Since I was already awake, I went downstairs and waited for her to finish with another customer. When she finished, she said, “Yeah! Yeah!” I asked, “Ma’am, are you talking to me?” She said yes. I asked if she could reactivate my room key. She asked what room I was in. I said, “The one you just left from.” I understand policies, and I have no problem following them. My issue was the way this was handled. There was absolutely no reason to embarrass me or speak to me disrespectfully in front of other guests and staff. A simple explanation would have been enough.

You get what you pay for. Unfortunately, the WiFi did not work for the 7 days I stayed there. Great location, good parking. Just wish the wifi was available.

Safe enough place to lay your head. Stains on sheets and towels. Smelled marijuana often. Will not be returning.

Condition of rooms isn't perfect but if youre not picky nothing that should give you too much trouble!!! There's better places you can go but if you need a decent location on a budget in a pinch you should have no major problems here!!

First, let me qualify myself by saying I have worked in hotels and resorts for more than 10 years, so I understand what is needed for a quality experience. Also, I have stayed at many Motel 6s and have experienced quality service, cleanliness and staff and management doing the right thing. This is not one of them. Avoid this Motel 6. Me and another guest waited more than 25 minutes for the fd agent to come to the desk to check us in. The internet service was down my entire stay, which I needed for important last minute preparations. This almost cost me to miss my flight, hunting for internet elsewhere at the time I needed it. The shower was filthy, and I mean thick body dirt caked into the whole bottom of the shower, where you could see the white vs the filth. There was black mold on the rim of the shower in areas, and on the wall under the sink. The hot water in the sink was not working either. The overall property was rundown and had foul odors. I reached out to discuss a possible full or at least a partial refund, because having worked in this business, I know the difference when something is on the property or not, and that something should be done to make it right when it is the property. I was shut down immediately told there are no refunds ever. This alone shows guest experience does not matter even when it is not guest fault. $100+ per night? Unnacceptable conditions and management.

Nothing good about the stay. The hallway stunk of cannabis. Doors were broken to get into the facility. The room above us were hitting the floor so hard it was knocking the light fixture above my bed. No phone in room to complain. Used my cell phone to call but couldn't get through to anyone. Didn't want to go out side because it got shady in the hall way. Once it became light outside we left. We will never stay there again. Scary place.
