Every thing was good for a one night stay.

Wasn’t a safe or clean place. The room we were in was rundown and there were many people that seemed to live there so it was a little chaotic.

Make sure you book the hotel side, not the studio side or you’ll have dogs barking constantly. It’s also very loud in the hallway on the hotel side so if you’re a light sleeper, this is not the place for you.

Low cost but good standard. Staff helpful and the groundskeeper does a great job maintaining the site. Pool was lovely to sit by and enjoy the sun.

Convenient location. Near to every place I needed to go Had a feel of the 1970s. It could be renovated. The water in the swimming pool was cold. They should install a heating system in the pool. Some of the TV channels seem to be frozen.

The location was good for where we needed to be at Safeco and the port A lil bit of a rough neighborhood

Disgusting, smelled like stale smoke, mold in bathroom, hole punched in bathroom door, did not stay.

Good place pricewise for one night

Overall, I rate this 6/10. It is cheap, close to airport and close to food options. The rooms are clean and the shower has hot water with good pressure. The wifi was spotty and buffers video. If you just need a place to sleep before your flight, this might be a good option for you. This is not a place to relax and hang out with the family in my opinion. The staff was great and check in/out was great.

Disappointing

You get what you pay for.

The night staff lady on Friday and Saturday and the bed were the only good things about this place.

It was clear at check in that the hotel was run down and dirty. After checking in I was accosted by a hotel guest who was too high/drunk to find their room and demanded I help them locate it. While walking to my room I went past another person who was clearly high/drunk rubbing the wall and talking to themself. The hallway outside my room smelled like burnt chemicals from people smoking drugs indoors. The exterior doors on the building had their locks completely removed so there was nothing to stop people from walking in off the street. The room had been "cleaned" and had a made bed, but there were large stains on the comforter. I felt unsafe and checked out. While walking out to my vehicle I discovered the Seatac police were at the hotel dealing with some issue. Unless you have no other option I would strongly recommend finding other lodging.

Couple in room next to ours decided to start arguing at 4:30 a.m. which went on for about an hour. If we would have been paid $1 every time the F word was used between the two of them, it would have paid for our room. Walls are obviously very thin and you can hear everything from other rooms in close proximity.

Would not stay there again especially for the price per night.

Location required $50 in CASH aside from room charge and credit card number.

Just stayed last minute flight cancelation at 11pm .the app said shuttle service however no number posted in expedia app. Googled the number and there was no answear tryed ai got a different number that was disconnected. To a lyft to site and the shuttle van was there and the phone # was different then the two numbers we had. Not the staff fault just comoany didnt update phone numbers or madebit.
