Everything was good, except it wasn’t made clear that all of the outside water slides, lazy river and pool were going to be closed, so we only had access to the inside water slides and pool. I think this should be made clear when bookings are made!

We Loved everything about our stay. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Staff was very Friendly and Helpful. We will Definitely be returning again very soon!

Amazing service! Only downside was everything was closed an or not open at all. We went on a week day so we were not able to enjoy the outdoor water park. Room was small but somehow still spacious and clean, it may just be the super small restroom but the staff simply amazing!! Would return once everything is up and running,

Make sure to have your own food for evenings after everything is closed and you dont want to leave the hotel.

It was very clean and had everything right there on the property.

The rooms were smaller than we expected but we made it work. We will have a better idea of what to book next time. Overall the grandchildren really enjoyed their time together and that’s really what matters the most.

Everything one needs is available. The food is delicious. Get a pizza if you can.

It was our first time in this resort. Overall it was okay. For the price i was expecting the rooms to be more cleaner. We cane with out two toddlers and we found medicine pills on the floor that one of our kids found on the floor. The sheets were stain but other than that it was okay. The water park area was a lot of fun and the food in the resort was good. Definitely the staff was nice and very helpful.

Everyone was very nice. Room was clean beds were very comfortable. Indoor water park was very nice. Food was great but very expensive overall we will be back again.

The hotel was extremely clean as were the water parks. My granddaughters had a wonderful time and played nonstop in the water. I would love to go back again!

Art/pottery painting to arcade to putt putt. We enjoyed the bowling and the indoor pool areas the best!

There needs to be more thick blankets in the rooms but other then that the stay was excellent and we had fun

We had a great time! We love soaky mountain water park and seiverville. Shuttle service is awesome and everyone is very helpful!

We enjoyed our stay.. pools were awesome.. only thing outdoor pools & slides are only open on Saturday & Sunday.. mon -Fri you are outta luck

Otherwise, the stay was decent.

slide for about an hour and when they switched lifeguards again he stopped him from sliding because he had kiddie water shoes on. We were suppose to get sokya mountain water park tickets free and when we got there they said tickets were not free because we booked thru expedia a third party instead of straight thru the wilderness. It was one big disaster after another. You can guarantee we won't be back up there. The water was ice cold so us elderly who was on blood thinner couldn't go in anything except the heated pool and was only allowed in there no longer than 15 minutes at a time. We wont be back. Then they kept our deposit of $120.72. They could have at least heated the lazy rivers.
