So much fun! Great service from staff. Great property. A lot to do even with outdoor attractions closed for the season. Highly recommend rooftop heated pool. We loved it. The only thing we didn't love were the bed and pillows. We will be back!

The beds for the suite were a bit lacking in support. One that was a fold up into the closet and the other was a fold out couch. Other than that, the stay was very enjoyable

Some features including the on-site bar a dining were not available. The biggest issue I had was receiving a phone call on the hotel phone. It was a solicitation call recruiting me for a presentation I presume about a time share.

This place has a little bit of everything from a lazy river to a hot tub to a bodacious, indoor waterpark a huge game room, including a bowling 10 to 12 spots to buy all kinds of snacks and foods and even a heated pool in the top deck that was special looking forward for my next day!!!!!!

Unfortunately, checkin was frustrating. The listed check-in time was 4:00 PM, but our room was not ready at that time. When I asked about it, the front desk employee was dismissive and told me that 4:00 was only the check-in time and did not mean the room would actually be ready then. IT ALSO took me about 30 times ringing the front desk to finally have someone pick up a phone. I understand delays can happen, but the attitude and lack of customer service made the situation much worse. After traveling and planning around the stated check-in time, I expected better communication and a more professional response. The hotel itself may have been fine, but the checkin experience definitely affected my stay. We didn’t even get to go into our room until almost 6:00PM. I’ve stayed here so many times and will say it gets worse and worse as time goes on.

I got pink eye at the property also tried to buy tickets for soaky since it was the last weekend and they refused to sell me any because I didn’t book directly through them

They need a place to get free coffee downstairs, all they had was the Starbucks. Every hotel has free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

We love wilderness at the smokies! We’ve been going for 3 years now, everything is so convenient! We don’t love the food but the amenities are awesome!
