It was terrible all the food was old

The room was very clean and staff was friendly.

Everything I expected. Spacious room and adequate parking on site. Close to our event. No complaints. Staff was welcoming and helpful when we checked in. Breakfast was adequate and did the job.

Amazing hotel! Stayed with my wife, 3 kids and mom. Room was great! Pool was amazing!!! Even had a kitty pool for kitty slide for kiddos. Definitely best hotel iv stayed at in the cities for the price we paid. Breakfast was amazing as well!!! Definitely keeping this place as our top place to stay at when we come down!

The breakfast was so good. Loved the omelet and potatoes. The hot tub in the room was amazing! Worked great and was very relaxing. Didn't get a chance to go to the pool but it looked awesome! Was very peaceful sleep, some places I can hear the neighbors but the room we had, we heard no noise from others. It was hard to find a spot to eat breakfast because it was so busy.

We enjoy our stay here. Staff was very accommodating with a early check in. Location was convenient to our activities. Hope to visit again soon.

Location Breakfast

The location was absolutely perfect for the event I was attending. I enjoyed the cleanliness of my room and the room had a lot of really great features. The pool area was fun. The stay was nice and I did not have any issues here. Not applicable, things were good

Room was clean and fairly nice, but the toilet ran and sprayed water all over the floor. Easy fix though, once I took the tank lid off and made an adjustment. Breakfast looked decent, but 30 minutes into the breakfast time, the eggs, potatoes and bacon were all cold. Waited in line to use the microwave for my 'hot breakfast'. Coffee was mediocre. Didn't see much of the staff, only at check-in and when we had 1 towel for 3 people. Didn't use the pool, so not much more to say.

Great experience, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Couch and chairs in room were visibly stained. Floors by side entry door were dirty with spilled coffee/pop.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The pool was AMAZING! The pool got very crowded late in the day and no one enforced safety rules.

It was close to Mystic Lake had places to eat easy to get to there was only a few things, but not enough to dislike the place. The pool was a little cold. The fan for the bathroom area didn’t work. I wish there was a little more options for the TV channels.

The pool area was great besides slightly dirty The shower/bath water temp was barely warm, the beds mattress and pillows were very hard and not comfortable.

I liked the stay, the breakfast was good and it was a quiet stay, liked the exercise room and swimming pool, didn’t get to use them but glad for the opportunity. It was a nice place and thank you.
