I want my refund!!

I was shocked to see the property was SHUT DOWN on August 8th!!!!! We rolled into town Aug 27th after driving 8 hours and did not check emails for a couple days because we’re on VACATION! Email embedded like all the others in the Expedia app with no priority notifications. I uncovered I was “notified” less than two days before we arrived and had not read it. We scrambled to get another room locally as we were attending a concert up the road that night. Totally brutal experience! Shame on Wyndham. Apparently this has happened to hundreds of people in the last 3 weeks (according to staff at competitive properties)

Property has been closed for over a month still Expedia takes reservation for it. We show up to a closed hotel. Thank you Expedia.

Reservation was made months ago, got there and was told they had been closed for the last 3 weeks. Never received any notice they were closed

The hotel lost its license and was empty and closed when I showed dup to check in

The hotel canceled my stay the day I was booked due to the city revoking their license for illegal activities. They have yet to refund me my stay.

Got there and they were closed down by the city…had to find a room somewhere else and then use Ubers to get to and from Concert venue…also still waiting on refund from Expedia…horrible experience all the way around.

Hotel was closed. I was not told it was closed down. How horrible to count on a reservation and have nobody there when we tried to check in.

Never stayed there. Last minute cancellation the day before after having my trip planned for months.

arrived to find out the hotel had been closed for 3 weeks. no email or travel confirmation was sent regarding this. I had to find a hotel in the area at the last minute. Was fortunate to find something considering most hotels were already booked due to events in the area.

Made and paid for a reservation 2 months in advance. Get there only to find out the hotel was closed.

They cancelled our reservation last minute. We were told to go online to make cancellation official to get our money back. Had to scramble to find another facility the day before our trip. Not cool :(

Best breakfast at a hotel!! Walking distance to the new amphitheater. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Got to the hotel to check in and it was shut down. The kind lady at the desk did help us in finding a different hotel to stay at.

We stayed there for 3 days but our 4 day we wete told to leave because of a court ordered closure. We had to scramble to get another hotel .
