Showed up and it was barren and closed. They still haven’t given me my money back They didn’t contact me in an appropriate way to tell me that my stay was canceled because their facilities were straight up CLOSED. Now they won’t give me my money back

If it had been OPEN! proximity to Mystic Lake Ampitheatre. The damn place had been shut down by the city IN JULY but nobody contacted me. When my husband and his friends arrived in Shakopee for their concert, they found out that the hotel was shut down. We had booked it a year prior and I had checked on it several times. Apparently the day before arrival, they emailed me to let me know it was shut down but I didn't see the email in time and felt it was very little notice or attempt to notify me. On the night of a concert in the town it was very difficult to find a hotel with vacancy and there was no attempt to help them. It added considerable stress to the day.

Location We got there only to find out that the city had shut down the hotel. No advanced notice and we were left scrambling to find different accommodations.

Also, our room looked out on a possibly abandoned "courtyard" which was overgrown and rather dirty. The room wasn't super clean but the sheets appeared fresh and the bathroom was ok. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again but the price was affordable and the proximity to the amphitheater was good.

nothing it was closed with no warning. Booked in April 2026. Drove 10 hours to get there to see a concert. The place was shut down due to dead hookers and a shootout. No emails no call just shutdown. Didn't get a hotel because of the concert. Slept in my truck. Not happy about it all

The room was very clean and comfortable. Wasn’t a fan of the scrambled eggs for breakfast.
