It’s connected to Muddy Cow so we asked them what was going on and they said “some bad stuff happened and they have been closed the last couple nights” So ridiculous, Wyndham should be reaching out. But haven’t gotten a message or phone call. What a joke of a company.

Room was damp and very humid. Air conditioning did not seem to keep up. Hotel was close to things we wanted to do. A positive!

I booked my my room 08/09/26 - 08/12. On 08/10 after work, I arrived at the hotel to find it closed down and it took me an hour and a half to get a hold of someone and get in the building to gather my belongings so I could find another hotel

Staff was awesome! Very helpful and friendly

Our second stay we rented a Superior Suite, 1 King Bed. It was anything but superior. The room was so dated, smelled, sitting area reminded me of an old hotel room from the movies. Pretty disappointed in the quality of the room.

We found out the hotel did not have an operating license after checking in. Then we found out why. Not good.

staff was really friendly from check in to check out. pool area very nice and large. all areas accessible (we had one guest with broken ankle) convenient to amphitheater. nice restaurant on property. could use some minor touch up for paint but beds were comfortable, rooms clean, and one of most important for me it was quiet. would stay again!!

Clean, comfortable beds, and very polite staff. Very good breakfast. The property upkeep, however, was mediocre at best. Needs some TLC and this place could really be brought back to its glory days. Hot tub and breakfast area keed some work, courtyard is overgrown with weeds and what appears to be an old trellis is dilapidated at the end of it, portion of the ceiling in breezeway to the restaurant was cut out, and rooms need some work. Our bathroom door appeared to have water damage and the door appeared to be falling apart from the inside, but it was simply painted over to not look as bad as it was. Very clean and comfortable but owners need to buck up and be responsible and reinvest in the property.

The staff were wonderful. I lived the convenience of yhe poolside room and gree breakfast but the place was smelly like sewage and very dirty. Ants and food around yhe pool. Mildew on the walls in yhe bathroom. Flies floating in the pool and hottub.

The photos on the ad are deceiving. The place is outdated and not kept up with. The walls are dirty and the carpet was also very dirty.

Pictures look better than in person. Old and outdated. But walking distance to mystic lake amphitheater.

I think the place closed down because of drug deals. It was strange. The room next to us had a cat and litter on the balcony. It was like people lived there.

Where do I begin??? Our toilet ran constantly, our bathroom sink didn't drain, deadbolt wouldn't work, the toilet was dirty, and NO MAID Service. Our dirty towels were still on the floor in the hallway when we checked out after a 2 night stay!! The staff was assigning people to rooms that were already occupied when we checked in!! We were told that the Baymont has lost their license and is shutting down soon. I would NEVER stay there again.......Way too much $$ for this crummy place!
