Checked in later in the day, first room we got had no power in half the room, moved to second room and lipstick stains in carpet, stained sheets and dirty towels

Hotel was neat and clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. Computer system was down and staff rose to the occasion. Manager (I don’t have his name, was a young gentleman with a shave head) was professional, kind and cool under pressure. He helped get keys made and walked through the hotel to check rooms were ready as with computer system down it was the only way to know. He should be recognized for all his hard work under less than ideal circumstances, especially because there were a lot of people checking in due to a concert later that evening at Mystic Lake Amphitheater.

Room wasn't clean. Stained towels and sheets. Staff was never readily available for service requests. Pool was cloudy. Bath tub stopper didn't work to take a bath. Overall it wasn't the best stay and probably won't return.

Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. Large bathroom with lighted mirror. Would stay there again.

When we arrived to our room all the lights were on, including the bathroom light and so was the TV. Seemed odd. Upon crawling into bed I felt a dampness on my body and upon further dampness I realized the comforter itself was wet and almost sticky which made the bed sheets also damp. Called front desk. Girl was not helpful. She sent manager up who wanted to see what I was talking about then asked if I wanted new bedding or a room change. Both options were inconvenient but we chose room change. We’ve stayed at this location numerous times and have always loved it. Felt clean but not this time. Hopefully just a fluke. I like the free parking and location is quiet.

Standard room with no frills. The cover for the air conditioner wouldn't stay on - kept falling off.

Friendly staff at front desk, hallways quiet, room nicely decorated and clean. Shower was spacious and bedding warm without bulk. Wall thermostat controlled air and heat. Breakfast was a nice bonus.
