Good clean rooms!

Mattress pad Stained down to the mattress.. Switched rooms. But to the other side with the gas station. Don't open windows if you want to sleep. Which is all we wanted after a concert. To avoid a long drive home. But My wife was extremely unhappy! Glad we weren't staying any length of time! She would have changed hotels.

Everything Nothing

I loved that the beds were soft and comfortable. Not like most upscale hotels where it feels as if you're laying on a board with a cushion. The place is very dated but it's clean and as my husband said, it's just a place to sleep.

Smelled horrific towels were dirty just not what was described online.

Just ok. Microwave is by office, not in rooms. Hallways not air conditioned.

The area was close to the casino so, that was good. The room was subpar for 144 dollars and towels were yellowish.

Clean and quiet. Staff allowed us an early check-in on our room that allowed us to dress for a wedding. Very friendly and accommodating. Nice restaurant next door too! We'd stay again. Just very minor suggestions. Rags provided would be nice to wipe up water instead of using towels, something to hang robe and other clothes in the bathroom would be convenient. The remodeling is nice but little touches like painting behind toilet, neaten up caulk around tub.

Location Seemed a bit overpriced

The full version was that initially I had another room booked at a different hotel (Sonesta) but because of all the events in town they overbooked. Worse even, they waited to call and tell me until the night I needed the room, two hours before I needed it during the concert I was in town for. At that point every hotel in the area either had no capacity or wanted insane money for one night. Valley Inn was the only reasonable hotel with a room open so I wasn't sure what I was going to get. Turns out, this was the place I should have picked from the start. They were super accommodating to change the room when there was an extra person. As stated, the room was very clean, it had all the amenities I would expect or need, and I had a great night of sleep. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.

If the sky was falling and this was the only place with a room available, I might consider staying at the Valley Inn. The sheets and towels are in dire need of being replaced (or bleached), and one blanket would have been nice. The hallways smelled very musty and/or smoky. The loud air conditioning unit did serve two purposes: 1. it cooled the room and 2. it drowned out other annoying noises (ice machine, rude guests, and traffic). I would have guessed that I had paid well under &100 for such a poor property...at $170 I did expect clean sheets and towels...and maybe a blanket.

we didn't eat there we didn't like the bathroom, dark yellow towels, blood stains on the walls behind the door, build up stains on the walls the bed was hard to lay on, the smell in the room was horrible, the vent fan in the bathroom was dirty with dust and dark yellow cigarette color, the bath tub was very slippery to where hard to stand up in. very bad experience for the price it charges ridiculous. the door it won't close tight it would move every time the back door opened. bad I didn't take photos
