Everything N/A
-
I liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
-
The price. No elevators. The beds were not comfortable at all.

I don't think our room had been dusted in quite sometime. The bathroom door looks like it had been kicked in at some point and hardly latched shut. In the morning when the bathroom light was turned on there were 3 little worm beetle looking bugs that scurried into a Crack im the grout of the tub. I appreciate having a place to stay last minute but probably will not book here again in the future

Friendly staff and quick check in

Construction workers had mud from one end to the other. The hallway on the second floor had a funky odour and the breakfast was non existent. The fridge was empty, no milk for cereal and small limited toast selection. No fruit or yogurt, we left to eat out. If all you want is a clean room then this place would do but don’t expect much of any thing else.

Parking was super easy. There were only two downers on this stay. We we're never told when breakfast ends so we went up at around 930 and it was done. Our sheets also had yellow stains on one side of the bed. We didnt want to bother anyone so we just laid a flat sheet over it and slept that way. The room was also very musty smelling.

Very bad experience. It honestly felt like a jungle in the room. It was beyond humid and the bed, sheets, and pillows had this damp feel to them. We saw mold behind the toilet and the actual mattreses where beyond dirty and stained, it was gross; we didn't notice until next day before leaving. Luckily it was only a 1 night stay so we dealt with it, but we will not be back. Front service gal was decent, but everything else was a major disappointment. You get what you pay for, but even then, this place was a bust.

Hotel is in remodel stage! Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, not for sure if there was elevators

There were ants and crickets on the main floor lobby and hallway to stair well. In our room the shower/floor mat was visibly dirty though we hadn’t yet used it. The floor by the window and A/C unit was wet. The hand dryer in the pool bathroom was poorly installed and screamed of hazard as did the blackened and corroded hair dryer unit in our room bathroom. The hallways and stair well reeked of marijuana and the second floor was musty smelling on top of it. Would not recommend this hotel.

Best super 8 you will find!
-
Located close Mystic Lake Music venue.
-
They offer a better deal for a hotel in that category I say they are abt a 3 star rating for a motel company it needs to be remodeled and they will be a very decent motel any anyone using an AARP CARD I WOULD ADVISE THEM TO USE IT FOR A BETTER PRICE

The staff is very helpful and courteous however we did find what appeared to be mold underneath one of the beds and as most hotels in this price range had a very pungent smell of weed in the evening
