The staff was nice. The entire place smelled of damp basement. I ended up walking over to the auto store next door to get air fresheners so we could sleep. There was visible mold on the AC unit and the fridge has a mystery liquid down the side of the door.

The shower faucet was running non stop, no service in the whole building, smelled of our chemicals. Smelled like weed everywhere. The toilet was powered by a jet engine. Plus the walls are not sound proof at all so people screaming at 11 o’clock at night so you just couldn’t sleep.

Friendly helpful front desk. Room smelled moldy and carpet was damp.

Breakfast was stingy One night there were inconsiderate people in the room next door letting their kids run up and down the hallway at midnight!

The room and entire facility had a strong mildew/mold smell. Also, the facet in the bathroom would not stop leaking...

Staffing was nice, plenty of amenities location was easy to find We had to switch rooms due to a leak in the bathroom that flooded the floor and a soaked few hygiene bags. Then when we got to our second room, I would wake up every night with new bug bites on my body. Don’t know what they were checked for bed bugs but never found any was still very upset about the bites. New room also seemed to have mold forming above the shower head.

The room smelled of old cigarettes. The TV turned off everytime we used the microwave. The lady at the counter was rude but the guy that helped us the day before was really nice. The room was clean it just smelled really bad. It is in a good location. It is in a quieter, less busy area. We stayed 3 nights and they served the same breakfast each morning. The sausage was burnt at 7am.

Location was great for attending a concert. 1st Front desk person was polite and welcommng. The 2nd front desk person was not. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows very lumpy. The room smelled moldy. I wouldn't stay here again.

Location, pool, and continental breakfast. While it looked clean and tidy, there was a strange odor upon entering the lobby. I would describe it as a musty chemical smell. It could be the cleaning products used, but it was not pleasant.

Police had to come to hotel cause the woman st the front desk was drunk, threatening customers.
