Everything was clean the front desk guy that helped us was very friendly. Check in was fast and easy. I loved the strawberry waffles offered at breakfast. The hot tub wasnt up and running and was looking forward to it but we used the pool and still had a good time

My stay was good overall, the hotel was easy to find and was in a good location for what i was needing. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is dated and needs some upgrades.

Woke up in the morning to some itching all over my body and saw what at first appeared to be bed bugs but after closer inspection we figured out they were ants. I then pulled back the sheets and uncovered many more ants! I tried to speak with the front desk about this issue before we left but when I went to return the key there was no employee at the desk or in sight so we left as we were in a rush to leave as we were already late for a appointment. I called later when I found time and notified the person who answered the phone about the ants and they said they would have it taken care of immediately. Was never offered anything in return as far as money back or discount which is ok because we will never stay here again for the insect problem. The bugs

Location was somewhat convenient for what we were in town for and that was it Shortly after we checked in we were in our room getting ready for a concert and someone walked into our hotel room and when this was addressed with the front desk they brushed it off and I never heard about it again. The room smelled musty and the bedding and our clothes felt wet from the humidity in the air in our room. There was an abundance of flies/gnats flying around our room. We had to ask the front desk guy to open the pool an hour after it was scheduled to be opened. The hot tub was closed which was never disclosed to us at checkin and honestly the reason we wanted the pool area, also this vent cover wasn’t even on? Even the breakfast sucked. Honestly worst hotel stay I’ve ever had and I’m not even one to take the time to wrote reviews but it needed to be said. 0/10 will never return.

I had no cell phone service in the hotel. I couldn't make or receive any calls or texts. I only could make emergency calls. You could log into the hotels wifi but didn't feel comfortable with that.

The desk staff were unbelievable!! Such a nice group!! The breakfast was the best i have had in a long long time!! Eggs, sausage, toast biscuits and gravy any banana nut waffles!! Oh and hash brown potatoes too!! Will come again!! The only complaint i had was difficult to turn on tv and wifi. Finally figured out but went to sleep anyway

Location was great for the amphitheater and horse track.and staff was very friendly The room got very very humid. But it was a very miserable temperature outside so I can't lay all the blame on them

There was a sign on the pool door saying closed for maintenance, when they saw I wanted to swim they took the sign down and said there was "just an issue with the pump, but theres no chemical issue". The hot tub was drained. The room itself was clean but very outdated. The woman at the front desk, Lisa, was very friendly and helpful, but was working 5am-11pm every day. I'm not even sure thats legal. I felt bad for how much work she had to do and how stressed she seemed. The luggage carts were rusty and looked 60 years old. This was not an inexpensive room so we were quite dissapointed. It is very close to Mystic Lake Ampitheatre by car, which was super handy.
