Excellent property! Very clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent service. The breakfast was good. Didn’t use the indoor pool but saw lots of families enjoying it. I can see by the overall service received, why they are so booked. 10/10 recommend!

I liked the location of the hotel to the Amphitheatre. The sheets (not the pillow cases) were soft and comfortable. The bed seemed old, it sagged in the middle at which you were trying all night to not roll into the center. The pillows were awful, not only were the cases scratchy on the face, but the pillows were under-stuffed and made for a horrid night of sleep. There was a blinking light on the phone that would not turn off. The plug-in on one side of the bed did not work.

I was solo traveling to see a concert at the new Mystic Lake Amphitheater. Check-in on Sunday was seamless - I got settled in my room, then spent some time in the hotel's pool & hot tub, which were both very nice. The continental breakfast offered is pretty good, especially the hot food that was offered (biscuits & gravy, breakfast potatoes, bacon, waffles, etc). Check-out was a breeze. I'd definitely return for future trips to the southern suburbs of the Twin Cities.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Helped us find a local pizza place that delivers. Excellent breakfast. Super comfortable and quiet room. Loved the room darkening shades too! Pool and hot tub looked really nice unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to use it. Close to Mystic Amphitheater.

The bed was comfortable The door to our room was difficult to open it was stuck. Breakfast options were not great. Inside the room was very noisy. The refrigerator made a terrible noise and you could hear all the traffic like you were outside. There was so much room freshener it was like something was being covered up.

It was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly at check in and when we had to leave do to a family emergency they were helpful in getting me a refund. It was very much appreciated. Would stay there again. Convenient location to town attractions and events.

It seems like they are mid renovations so I can’t be too critical of anything. The room was clean the beds were comfortable. Pool looked very cloudy most of the time so we didn’t use it and the gym was closed.

The room smelled odd. I woke up the next day with a sinus and throat issue due to whatever is blowing through the vents at this place. The pool and hot tub area is disgustingly hot and humid, and the over call condition was average. Biggest concern being moldy rooms with the old AC vents. The girl at the front with the pink hair was nice though.

The staff were nice It was not clean. The room had a lot of stains and damage. The hotel had an odor.
