Good eatsfor breakfast with good selection

I’ve always loved Country Inn And Suites until now. Management is the problem. We checked in and immediately left. There was no hand soap, shampoo or conditioner so I went to front desk and got them. We returned late. I opened up the sheets and found broken crackers between them. I checked the pillowcases: two were yellowed and stinky. The other two had fold creases &wrinkles showing they had been used. I didn’t ask to move to a different room, I only asked for a sheet to lay on so I wasn’t between the cracker layers, and 4 clean pillowcases. A duvet like cover was sent to the room instead of a sheet. It looked clean. But worker didn’t bring pillowcases & didn’t understand what I wanted. After trying to explain I gave up and asked for four new pillows hoping they had pillowcases. They did not. I slept on them because at least they didn’t stink At check out I was asked if everything was OK. I said no. He came to the room. I showed him the crackers between sheets and dirty pillowcases. He argued, asking where the stain was when the problem was the stink. He appeared to not understand me, even when I spelled the difference between stink and stain. I got frustrated after several attempts and raised my voice level, but did not shout. He didn’t hear me & created conflict. He said, paraphrasing, my “concerns are now disqualified.” I speak English. He refused to give me check out summary.

Location I thought room would be a suite. We ate at 930....food ran out, cold. There were several families down eating at the same time, so its understandable...busy am

Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Would like to see more options on their continental breakfast.

The room had hair in several spots and obviously not been cleaned. They moved us to a room but that room was not much better, one of the towels in the bathroom had blood stain on it.

it was a very nice stay! we stayed for 4 nights and the staff was very welcoming!

The staff were 100% amazing! Helped me extend my stay and let me stay in the same room. Towards the end of my stay I needed a couple more days and they were so generous to offer me a discounted room and keep the same room I was in. Excellent treatment. The only complaint I could make is the fan in the bathroom didn't work and the coffee maker in the room I was in looked like it was pretty grimy inside. I did not inform the employees there however as it was not a problem for me. I'll definitely stay again! I had one small complaint about the people and it's me slamming their door over and over and over in the morning and they dealt with it right away and I never heard another thing! Thank you guys!

Very clean and decent hot breakfast and large rooms

Rooms were dated and could’ve been cleaner. Hallways were humid and smelled. People running in the hallways on the floor above us late at night. Front desk called at 11pm and threatened to kick us out for non-existent payment issues. Staff was not easy to communicate with. Convenient location, but we will not stay here again.

The property is in a great location, restaurants and a gas station was right across the street. Checkout was a super easy process as well!

We had a nasty stain on our pillow and bedding. The staff was nice, the breakfast was ok and the pool and hot tub were nice to have

When we came here there was no parking available due to fishermen in town taking up space with their boats. When we got to the room it was quite run down. The bed was horrible, squeaky, and not comfy at all. I reccomend looking elsewhere for a place to stay.

Location Our room was very nice but it had a musty/moldy smell. We stayed three nights. Tried to change room after first night but they said they were full.

Beds are super hard No loudness curfew

Not enough parking rooms descent but overpowering smell of cleaning products and smells likes incense constantly burning
