Breakfast foods were improved over previous stays. The king bed was super comfy.

Probably had a problem with the air conditioner

I have traveled to 59 countries and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. This is the finest hotel experience I have ever had the pleasure to experience, mainly on account of the staff, who went above and beyond in ways that could probably only be found here - in Shawnee, Kansas - with these people. The room was also beautiful and the pool simply needs to be experienced, but the whole thing of simply more than the sum of its parts. Thank you.

After 3 X correcting a issue that should never exist. The stay was okay. There are things that really needs to be corrected. Breakfast on Saturday starts too late for a team trying grap something before game Big thanks to the evening dest clerk. Great job correcting the issue your assistants make my stay better

We stay here every time we go to Kansas City and we absolutely love it!

Arrived to the hotel to find lobby doors standing open and lobby was hot and humid. I used Expedia for reservations and they had only paid for one of my two nights. The staff did not offer to fix the issue and I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone to correct this issue. Then I enter room which was hot and humid and find the refrigerator off and stuffed with towels and had defrosted all over the floor. Another issue that should had been taken care of before I checked in. The next day I returned to my room late afternoon to find no room service was done on my room at all. The AC unit was throwing musty and humid semi cold air. Sleeping here was impossible due to every door in this hotel shuts with a loud slam. You can hear doors even on the next floor. Breakfast was average at best. The shower had hair on the walls and obviously was not cleaned sufficiently. The bed cover had stains and included the worst pillows. Furniture is old and run down. I will never stay at a comfort inn again.

Elevator was sketch sounding but overall a good stay.

Room was clean, spacious . Bathroom was clean, great handicap accessible. Breakfast had good variety. Staff friendly. Definiety stay at this location again.

I tried to call before arrival and it went straight to voicemail. I guess the phone has been down. Seems that might be important for customer service. Wanted to use the pool and waterslide in the morning before checkout. It doesn’t open until 10 and check out is at 11. What the heck!?!

It was great . Everything I needed for my night away

Great breakfast, comfortable beds and room, easy parking, simple access to main roads to get around easily, and an awesome pool with water slide!! We had an amazing trip and 3 night stay!!

But overall, stay was great. Fast check in, full hot breakfast set up to include waffles, eggs, biscuits/gravy, close to other dining options off site as with Walmart/target within 5-7 minutes. Right off 435.

Every thing was good! The breakfast was bad! Gravy cold and tasty bad milk wasn’t milk! I drink a gallon of milk a week! I tried both the two percent and whole milk both didn’t taste like milk! I threw food and milk in trash and didn’t eat breakfast the rest of my stay! Breakfast is importance! So I would probably not stay again

Nothing this hotel was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to anyone. The pool is terrible. The stairs up to the pool are not safe. My boyfriend cut open his finger while getting down from the slide. We had to go get medical supplies at Walmart. The front desk lady was extremely rude and did nothing to help but give me a pad. What was I going to do with that? The bathroom in our room was not clean and the TV wouldn't work right.

I was happy with my stay. My room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The air conditioner worked perfect and kept me cold so I had a great night sleep! No problem with not having a hot shower as other guests have complained about in other reviews. I was really worry about the hotel after reading some of the reviews but I had a great experience.
